Went at the beginning of dinner and it was great! We regular hot pot locations frequently but this was our first experience at a buffet style one, and we loved it! Our kids enjoyed the sauce bar making things to thier liking, and actually seeing the food before ordering it. Definitely will be back!

Had a large 17 person party. All staff was very supportive as it was the first time most of my family has been to this sort of restaurant. Overall very kind ladies/servers.
Food was constantly coming out, and the buffet was consistently cleaned serving amazing food during the entire duration.
One thing I will say is for some reason the floor is super slippery and may result in a fall from a customer one day!

I’m impressed, price is reasonable for the food that was offered and there is a lot to pick from. I believe it’s way better than KPot and the sushi is better than KPot. Clean bathroom, clean eating area, and clean parking lot. They are open 365 days a year, I’m going back for thanksgiving and Christmas dinner with the fam.

It was an absolute delight from start to finish. As someone who’s always on the lookout for fresh, interactive dining experiences near me, this place exceeded my expectations. Our waitress was the highlight of the evening – incredibly helpful and informative, walking us through the self-serve buffet setup and how to best cook our ingredients on the grill and in the broth. She had such a sweet, welcoming personality that made the whole group feel right at home. Her tips on pairing sauces and broths really elevated the meal. The food? Outstanding. Everything was super fresh – from the crisp vegetables and thinly sliced meats at the buffet to the sushi rolls that hit just the right balance of flavors. We went for a mix of spicy Szechuan broth and milder options, and the Korean BBQ grilled up perfectly at our table. Portions are generous (as you’d expect from an AYCE spot), and nothing felt overcooked or stale. It’s clear they’re focusing on quality ingredients, and it shows in every bite. If you’re in the Lansing area and craving something fun and flavorful, IPot is a must-try. Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend for groups or date nights.
Of the 3 asian grill/buffet restaurants Ive tried thus far in Lansing this one is the best thus far. The staff are very helpful in getting you started. For mybfirst time I learned what to do and what to mix in. The next time I will add more meat and crab legs. There is so much to choose it is easy to feel overwhelmed. Just be sure to eat the food you choose as they reserve the right to charge for excessive waste. It cost about $30+ per adult but wiyh it being all you can eat and the quality of the items this is ok. Definitely worth trying if you want a meal that is also a learning experience. Can be a fun date night idea. Ill be backnsometime for sure.

My wife and I have been here around a dozen times now and we love it! The staff are all nice and attentive. The only downside we've seen so far is the food options for lunch, they're not all as good as the dinner options. The sushi and sauce bars are awesome as well. We will definitely keep coming back!

Came in with my husband for our anniversary. We had never been before. It wasn't very busy. There was only one other table when we sat down. I went to the sushi bar first. Picked up four things of sushi. Then we proceeded to make our hot pots. As we were sitting there I heard someone cough loudly and I looked up and the gentleman working. The sushi bar came from behind and spit into the waste basket at the end of the sushi buffet and proceeded to hold it finger up to his nose, plug it and snot rocket into the trash, then proceed to go back behind the sushi bar ungloved and mess with the food. I was in awe!! We won't be coming back!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
