The pizza is good can’t believe I just spent $9 on the fettuccine and it’s literally prego sauce I got it expecting it to be authentic 🥲

I eat here almost every day while working at the mall. The lady that works here, Jan, is a total gem. You’d think the pizza wouldn’t be that good since it’s been sitting out, but they put it back in the oven and it tastes fresh like it just came out. 5 Stars

Really great pizza, cheesecake, cannoli, sauce, spaghetti. Great prices. I did get the lasagna for myself and a friend and we didn’t finish it, it wasn’t heated all the way through and tasted like it was frozen and reheated. Other than the lasagna this place is great.

Here's a picture of a cooked pizza sitting at room temperature until they need it. The manager told me that they add the toppings later and let the heat lamp cook them so the pizza looks fresh. I was sitting in the cafeteria for at least an hour so I know it was at least that old. Food should be kept out of the danger zone of 40°f to 140°f. Room temperature is unacceptable.

Stopped by the food court to just sit and have a place to feed my baby, but was enticed by the aromas & treated myself! Got a basic slice & soda but received so much more than that. Served with a smile! Pizza made the way it should be🍕

Always a welcoming atmosphere and lovely pizza, the mall doesn’t get nearly as much traffic as it used to, but the pizza never disappoints

Grabbed the 18 in for 10 pep special off the website. Crust was bland and doughy, I don't think I'm going to go back. It was good last time I went so maybe it's an off night.

I haven’t ate at the Lansing mall in YEARS! Me and my bf ate here for lunch and let me just say that was probably the best pizza we’ve had in a long time! Super fast & fresh. I got the baked ziti & the noodles were overcooked but overall we will definitely be back!!

I ordered the Baked Ziti meal. The pasta was overcooked, drenched in a bland sauce, and had no cheese. Who doesn't put cheese on Baked Ziti? The meal came with garlic knots and a salad. The salad was the only good thing I ate. Additionally, and I know that this is a petty nitpick, but everything was over packed. The 3 items were packed in 6 plastic bags and everything had at least 2 layers of tin foil around it. Just a wasteful annoyance. I'll give it 2 stars because the food was delivered fast, the portions were big, and the price was good. So, there were positives but I probably won't order from Italian Village again.
