My husband and I both got half subs. The people working were so nice! No wait time store was clean and the subs were delicious. Been this way every time we go, if you love a fresh made sub this is your place!

There was only one worker at the time and she was amazing.
They act like they’re making those sandwiches for themselves or you getting the food for free.. they go very light on everything..(Very slow workers)

Didn’t feel like the drive to East Lansing. HUGE MISTAKE. All 3 subs were VERY light on the meat & one sub wasn’t put together when we unwrapped it! $48 for this. So so glad I didn’t leave a tip! Never going there again. NEVER!!!

My sub was great! The only complaint I have is that ordering to go took at least 25 minutes of waiting in line. Order after order was completed for door dash. I feel as though the workers should get to pause door dash deliveries at times of busy moments. It’s a lot to handle for them , at least until there’s adequate staff. They handled the busy time very well, just a long wait if you’re on a time crunch.

Great food! Good people! This location has some opportunity to improve their timing. 4 instances over four weeks where the food was not ready until after the time agreed upon during checkout requiring me to wait inside. 3 times no other customers were present. 1 time out of the four they were pretty busy. Normally this would be enough to have me rethink a lunch/dinner choice but it’s Jersey Giant…. So I have changed my behavior and now arrive 15 minutes later than I should. Maybe it’s a system communication problem or maybe it is a people problem I can’t say. Either way the food and people remain the same, Excellent!
