I've been several times during the evening and it was 5 stars every time. Today I went during lunch and the sandwich wasn't maid right and the girl got rude while apologizing. They didn't offer to make the sandwich right just put some bacon in a box and pickles in a container. For the price I paid I just wanted it made correctly. Otherwise I would have just made a sub at home. So I know to go during the evening shift....they Rock!!

I placed an order through the Jersey Mike’s app for 3 giant subs at the this location — two #12s with paid extra meat, and one #56, and all three sandwiches were supposed to be on Rosemary Parmesan bread.
When I picked up the order and brought it home, I discovered that all the breads were wrong, and the two #12s did not include the extra meat I paid for.
I frequently order the same sandwiches with extra meat from the Okemos location, so I know very well what the correct portion should be, and these were definitely not right.
This was a very disappointing experience. Not only was the order incorrect, but the quality and portion size were far below what I paid for. I hope the store improves its attention to detail and accuracy with mobile orders.

I've ordered from Jersey Mike's Subs numerous times and every time the food was fresh and delicious including the bread. I ordered a cold Club sub #8 on white bread with olive oil, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions, turkey, ham, provolone cheese, and applewood smoked bacon. I added extra meat because I'm a fat kid. I would highly recommend Jersey Mike's Subs to my friends and family. The bread was soft and fresh and everything tasted great. Generous portions and easy to add chips and/cookies and a drink to make it a meal. The sandwich alone kept me full. Definitely a great place to pick up lunch.
