Jet’s makes my favorite Detroit Style Pizza! The crust is so unique and delicious. Sauce, cheese, and toppings are perfectly balanced. Always hot fresh delicious pizza at this location. The staff is always helpful and friendly. My family loves Jet’s Pizza.
I had the absolute WORSE experience today. The manager, Nicole, the first time i called to say i only received 1 of the times i ordered, told me IF THERE WAS LEFT OVERS i had to come pick it up. After paying for delivery and leaving a decent tip!!! I said, absolutely no way is that okay and she said that’s all she’ll do and hung up. The next 5 times i called, she sent me to voicemail. We ordered three pizzas online - two deep dish and one round hand tossed. It was ready at the time promised, but the hand tossed pizza was instead a deep dish. When asked if we ordered online, we said yes and were told that their online system can't tell the difference so everything comes through as deep dish. Weird but we can deal with it. It still had the toppings we wanted.
