Horrible delivery service - every time. And nothing but excuses. Order an hour ahead of time needed and they still are 45 minutes to and hour late beyond that time.

Ordered at 3:00 to be delivered at 5:00 because they never deliver in a timely manner. After many phone calls with an absolute horrid woman, we finally received our pizza at 6:30. We kept our cool and just demanded an answer as to why they take orders when they obviously can't fill them. And we got banned. Unreal. I would tell EVERYONE I know to never go there. I will have to recover from being banned..... I think I will survive.

Always short on my order when it gets delivered. Called the Jets to receive the rest of my order and is backed up so Anthony makes it my fault and ends just refunds item missing because it’s going to be another hour to receive.

Ordered food at 7:44 never got it. Called multiples times and they said they were otw. 15 extra mins go by. Call back and the lady is screaming and hollering on the phone. Yikes. Find new employees, and ones who actually work, and better with customer service.
I ordered a thin crust and asked if it could be cut into squares like some do. The center was cut into long squares while the outside was slices. Different, lol. But I must admit the pizza was outstanding! Sometimes ya just gotta forego the complaint and let the taste buds do the talking. Good job Jet's!

1st time getting Jet's from the west side location & it was Phenomenal! Both of our pizzas were perfect & the staff was great...very helpful when I was having difficulties ordering thru their .com Will definitely order from thos location again.

We were at work and Placed an order on 08/07/24 foot our lunch.Time for delivery was 7:09. We were out there at 7:00. Called at 7:16 because no delivery and past time of delivery. She said 5 more minutes. Waited until 7:30, still no pizza. Called again and said he’s on the way. I asked if they could call when they were here since my lunch was over and I had to go back to work. Called me at 7:48, I told them On my way! But will be a few minutes since I was back at work and can only drive 15 mph in plant parking area. I get there and call him because I can’t see him. He informs me he left. I took too long so he canceled my order!!! Here I was waiting for over 40 minutes and I took too long??? And now lunch is over in cafeteria so we went all night without lunch. Will not be using Jets pizza ever again.

It's a sad day when people are lazy and can't even answer a phone. Which looks to be on purpose. Long story short. It didn't work out for the dummies. I didn't tip. Hopefully they learn customer service.
Knocked it out of the park on the pizza tonight with triple turbo crust. The pizza was ready as I walked in the door. One of the best pizza’s in town.
