We have ordered a cheese and pineapple pizza from here multiple times. Tonight, for the 3rd time in a row, our pizza was doughy. Each time, there was nothing they could do about it. We asked for it “well done” and it’s still doughy. Customer service is absolutely terrible. This is not a one time problem. We even offered to bring in the pizza and there was still nothing they could do.

never answer phone, was on hold over 10 minutes. and cant order online. just close already, they dont do delivery either because clearly they have a hard time finding help. when you do actually speak to someone, they are rude as hell. just close already, not worth the aggravation!!!
Picked up 2 pizzas today. I tried to order online but it wouldn’t allow me so I called it in. The guy on the phone had to customer etiquette and that should have been my first clue.
I went to pick up my pizzas and I signed my receipt and left a tip. While he went to go get my ranch, I noticed a price discrepancy from the online pricing so I asked him about it (almost $5).
