Pizza was good but twice found hair in my pizza. The second time the manager asked me to take the pizza in to proof that I was not lying which I did. And it's not mine because the piece of hair was threading through the dough.
Placed a mobile order on the way back from DTW. I hadn't had Jet's in a really long time as there are so many other pizza options available even for deep dish.

They are hot and miss sometimes but my last order XL BBQ chicken pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing! I did have a very bad experience once and they never attempted to give a refund or credit. They said comeback and return it after I already drove 20 min to get there. I was very upset but I believe in giving people and business a second chance. This time it was all good.
