They are completely incompetent. I ordered a bootlegger with now mayo or tomato, add peppers and mustard with double meat. When she read the order back to me as she handed me my sandwich it was correct. When I got home it had mayo, tomato, no peppers or mustard.

Would be nice to get a sandwich with bread that isn't see through and soggy. Also cutting pickles in half is a bit stingy.. The lil John's are $5.19 I'm sure 4 whole pickle slices wouldn't break your bank. Probably last time going.

Every time we come here the staff is slow. So, today we placed a mobile order. When we arrived, they hadn't even started it. They were just talking and joking. They had 5 people talking and not working! This place will be a last resort.

Bought a 3$ sprite for the code to use the bathroom since it's for customers only, mind you trick or treat on the square was the day downtown full of people. For the worker to go in the bathroom before me for a long time and come out and tell me the toilet is clogged. The girl passing out the candy for the kids at the register was nice

I work next door, put an order in for delivery. 45 minutes later- no food. I call and get told that there was a problem with the online ordering system and that they only had 1 delivery driver who JUST left with 5 other orders. Did I want to wait for my food or get a refund? How long is the wait, I ask. He says he doesn't know. Refund it is. No call, no food. Will I get a refund? Who knows.
My office is less than one mile from this Jimmy John's location, and it took them 56 minutes to deliver a single sandwich between 2-4 pm today. NOT #FreekyFast Jimmy John's

So I asked the lady four times does this not have cheese on it she stared at me like she didn't know how to turn a light switch off got my sandwich and guess what there's cheese on it. The food was bland and gross as well will never go back to this jimmy johns I don't know how anybody can mess it up.
