The manager and delivery staff went above and beyond to make sure my delivery issue was handled, I thought it was a third party app issue until I realized it was actually my fault I missed my order. They still made me a new one and delivered it, so I will definitely keep ordering here.

Sandwiches always fall apart when you try to eat them, And the servers need to start wearing hair nets. Too much nappy hair behind the counter making Sandwiches.

I was a loyal customer until today when I found hairs (yes, plural) in my sandwich. I called to notify the store, and I didn’t get any kind of apology, no offer to replace or refund, just an “Is there anything else?” from the person who answered the phone. The sandwich was also soggy and dripping, which has never happened before. I threw it in the trash.

My favorite sandwich is the Vito. I loved the Salami Caprese Wrap too! Wish they still had it on the menu.
I had a number 14 today. And the bun was so stale I couldn't even eat it. The inside was very tasty though.

Just watched a driver pull out, almost hitting a couple that was pushing a baby stroller as he continued to hop the curb while running a red light. Which is enough for me to never eat here again.
