Can’t really pass judgement, the location in downtown Lansing appears to be closed

Go to the okemos location regularly! Staff is great smoothie is always great! They are temporarily closed so I decided to venture to the downtown Lansing location. My smoothie was not the nearly as good and the employee was unwelcoming and not friendly like my typical experience. 5 stars because I think this was just a poor experience but I won’t go back to the downtown location!

we swear by this place and absolutely love it. We have been supporting it for the last 10 years. It is owned by a fantastic and beautiful family. If you are looking too better your health this is the place to go.

Really wanted something refreshing and that would help wake me up a bit for the afternoon. The employee helped me pick, and service was pretty quick. She was friendly to other patrons. The smoothie tasted really good. I had the "Go Green". Will go back.

Rude. Pick ups must be paid for in advance for a $10 order. In a busy city location makes zero sense. I'll go out of my way to get a smoothie elsewhere.
