Some lady rudely told me to get out of the store at 9:30pm ( google says they close at TEN PM) while I was trying to warm up while waiting for the bus in a snow storm. Horrible customer service.

Potatoes and gravy had been there awhile. It was more like the gravy was soaked into the potatoes and no longer on top of. Employees were great though.

They never have online ordering available, which is already annoying. Then stopped by today to get 2 of the meal for 2, that they show on the website, but was told they don't have that. Which is crazy, it's literally part of the "taste of KFC" menu campaign they have. We never really have KFC anymore because this store is by far the closest to us, and they never have what we want. Unfortunately i guess that means no fried chicken for this fella. Hopefully they will eventually get there stuff together here, and I can go back to having my fried chicken. In the mean time, anyone know any good fried chicken places on the west side of Lansing?

WOW ... Never been so disappointed with KFC. No one in our party of 5 was happy with the food. 8 piece meal and a kid's meal was ordered. Recd 4 wings, 1 leg, 2 thighs, 1 breast. In their favor ... it was probably hard to tell what each was thru very thick, hard and overcooked clumps of batter. Biscuits over cooked & hard as a hockey puck. Literally, no taste left. Lady taking indoor order was not your friend. The kids meal was replaced with up-priced (meat only). Bucket came with no honey, no butter, no salt/pepper or ketchup. Napkins were no where to be seen. So a big warning here if you do stop. 1. Know exactly what you want coming in 2. Browse any deals & watch for being up-priced on items. 3. Ask for every addtl support items ex honey, salt, straw etc. 4. Check your food before paying. Other than all that ... the corn was good.
