After every item I was ordering the gentleman kept.asking if thar was it.. so I felt rushed, I forgot a sandwich so when I got to the window I asked if I could order a chicken sandwich and he said no... worst customer service

Employees are rude, food tasted like it hd been sitting all week and why does it smell like backed up sewage near the bathrooms? Just over all horrible.
Some lady rudely told me to get out of the store at 9:30pm ( google says they close at TEN PM) while I was trying to warm up while waiting for the bus in a snow storm. Horrible customer service.

Potatoes and gravy had been there awhile. It was more like the gravy was soaked into the potatoes and no longer on top of. Employees were great though.

They never have online ordering available, which is already annoying. Then stopped by today to get 2 of the meal for 2, that they show on the website, but was told they don't have that. Which is crazy, it's literally part of the "taste of KFC" menu campaign they have. We never really have KFC anymore because this store is by far the closest to us, and they never have what we want. Unfortunately i guess that means no fried chicken for this fella. Hopefully they will eventually get there stuff together here, and I can go back to having my fried chicken. In the mean time, anyone know any good fried chicken places on the west side of Lansing?
