Purchased a classic sandwich with a stale bun, staff made it right with offering a refund on the sandwich or getting a new one made. The fresh sandwich was much better and half the wait time of Chick-fil-A. Also got a famous bowl that tasted fine

Went through the drive-through, unfortunately. They got half of my order completely wrong. Asked what sauce we wanted for dips but never put them in the bag. Received no napkins or forks.
Before y'all ask for more pay, try doing better at your job first.
