After a misunderstanding at the restaurant, the restaurant owner helped me resolve the issue. She was very patient with me as I expressed my concerns and dealt with it effectively.
The food here is also delicious. It is a really unique experience with the unique flavors of cuban food bursting through each plate. The churros are also fantastic!!

La Cocina Cubana was amazing. I got the Tripletta sandwich and it was HUGE. Almost too much food, but seriously delicious. The flavors were perfect, the bread was great, the whole thing was awesome.
The customer service was top-notch too. It felt like I was at my mom's house. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
If you're looking for authentic Cuban food and a cozy atmosphere, go to La Cocina Cubana. You won't be disappointed.

Came to Lansing for business and wanted something local and found this little place right near the state house. What a find! The service was great, they immediately made me feel welcomed, the food was phenomenal (had the arroz con pollo w sweet plantains, I also had the bean soup)!! I ate it so fast I forgot to take some pics for this review. The one negative was the music, would have like some Caribbean salsa, merengue, but instead had a heavy dose of Tex Mex, Mejicano music. I did finish the meal with a Café Cubano con Dulce which was fantastic! Highly Recommend this place!

Taste like cheap process street food! You people from Lansing haven't traveled so I can't blame you hillbillies and hicks for poor taste buds! Save your money ?, go to Meijers and pick up a, "Hungry Man's" frozen dinner, the food is on the same level!

This was the first time my sister and I tried Cuban food. It was delicious! We are up here from Tennessee and wanted to try something different. I believe we made a real good choice go with this restaurant.
