I went here the other day for dinner (dined in) and was really impressed by how pleasant everything was. The food was reasonably priced and very good. I believe my server's name was Ryan (younger guy): he was one of the most respectful and kind server's I've had in a really long time. Anyhow, 5-stars. Thank you.

Terrible service. The owner is very rude

The best Cuban cuisine in the area by far! We tried multiple menu items: sandwiches, empanadas, Papas Rellenas, and even the french fries. They were all excellent! The customer service was exceptional. We received a thank you note with our order. We will be taking our family back soon! Definitely visit La Cocina Cubana, East Lansing!

The food here is dry and has no flavor

I absolutely love this place but so sad to find out that the no longer make my carne con papas do to it not selling well, which as an autistic woman is one of my go to safe food and no where else makes or sells this and even if they did it wouldn't be the same. Please please please bring back the carne con papas… or give me the recipe jk but please bring back my favorite food!!!!!

Delicious authentic Cuban food. Friendly faces, quick service, large portions. I recommend these horchata, pineaple, and watermelon juice. I got ropa vieja, and it was so good, and it included a large portion of withe rice, fried banana, bean soup, and salad. Clean restrooms. This was the only restaurant open on a Saturday evening. I got a cuban coffee, and it was beyond this world. I also tried churros, and they were the same as good. Highly recommended. Kids menu available.

La Cocina Cubana made my day. This restaurant was incredibly accommodating and communicative when I tried placing a large order for my company. I do not live in Lansing so I was worried about getting quality food delivered in time and especially when DoorDash did not send my original scheduled order through. The owner is so nice and helped me with my order with patience and my company got the food with care. They said it was so yummy. Thank you so much, La Cocina Cubana!! Your hospitality is felt all the way to the East Coast.
