Draft selection and food are great! Our waitress delivered every single person's drink by grabbing the rim, though, so that was a little gross

First thing I ordered was a salad. Never got it. When brought up, she said she didn't hear me. I was looking at her she was looking at me. Go figure. Got a burger and no condiments. Waited for the waitress to walk by and ask for some but that took a long time. The beer was good

Great atmosphere, drinks, and food (When you can get it). Inconsistent hours against what is posted… Says open until 10 on the door, 11 online…. but was told I couldn’t order food at 7:50pm on a Thursday? The bartender told me they close the grill an hour before closing, but closing time varies depending on management … The first time I was there they actually told a customer to go to the Slider Bar down the road for food, since thats where some staff likes to go when they close early.

Stopped in yesterday (on 11/01) for my clinic and was helped by a rude, smelly boy with orange dye in his beard, he looked really dirty. He was extremely rude, and my wife pointed out, apparently the reason for the body odor smell we were smelling.

Hygiene really should be valued in the workplace as a basic sign of respect and professionalism and honestly, I’m disappointed by the service.

I left wondering if l'd just experienced performance art or customer service. Would not recommend unless you're into chaos and cruddy smells.

Fun brew pub experience in downtown Lansing! Good beer and good selection. The food is good too but the food menu has gotten a lot smaller even from a year ago.

Spacious venue with adequate food and below average beer. It's said that it's difficult to do both beer and food well, but Lansing Brewing Company has settled for doing both in a rather mediocre fashion. Of the beers I tried the Mexican lager was probably the best, with the Vienna lager in second. The ales are not very good.

They could probably go a longer distance with a good staff, but their servers are more interested in socializing at the bar than tending to their tables. A server should never be literally seated at the bar talking while they have open tickets.

Not a busy place Sunday at noon. Our server (Peter) did a great job of taking care of us. I was a little disappointed in the limited menu, but I sure do understand that staffing a full kitchen for a slow Sunday is tough, too. We enjoyed watching some football during lunch and had a game of corn hole outside before we left. Great time!

This place has really gone downhill, which is unfortunate. This used to be my favorite spot to take my family when they visited. We showed up at 5:30 on a Saturday and it was absolutely dead. And then received pretty poor service, being left without napkins, silverware, or water. Also, the new menu is lackluster. I miss the pizzas and chicken tenders. I hope LBC gets its spark back soon!

I loved going to LBC until the last 2 visits. Last Tuesday, we stopped for lunch and the bartender was waiting on tables. She was horrible. She took our order and my daughter asked for no sauce on the burger, it came with sauce. I asked for fries and instead got chips. She cared more about playing on her phone then customers. Fast forward to today, we go back and she is working. She walked by us 3 times to wait on other tables and never acknowledged us so we walked out. Very disappointed and won't be back
