Avelo Airlines could be a possibility for Lansing's Capital Region International Airport someday.
I was literally an hour and 48 minutes ahead of when the plane was set to leave, with my hand in a cast by MYSELF. They REFUSED to let me board. DON'T FLY LAN.
Delayed an hour and counting because ground crew was unprepared to de-ice the plane (who could imagine a plane would need to be de-iced in Michigan?). Our flight crew is frustrated. We have a plane full of passengers who are now missing connecting flights at O’Hare. I looked at previous reviews and it appears delays like this are common here.
