It's ok I guess. Food is good when not in a rush, got an undercooked avacado toast for breakfast once, then a delicious juicy burger for dinner another day. Prices are are certainly on the expensive side. The cashier lady who has been working there is kinda rude and snarky when put under pressure. Atmosphere is average, typical airport restaurant aesthetic.

The place wouldnt be bad if you didn’t consistently sit at the bar for over an hour being completely ignored🤷 week after week here, food is decent, but how can you spend money here when they ignore the bar all day?

Small portion sizes for the price paid for your entrees. The entrees don't come with sides automatically but for an additional $4.99 you can upgrade your meal with a side. You are your own waiter as well as they don't serve you at the table - you come get your food at the register once called. They have some good local beers on tap and the seating gives a nice view of the runway while you're waiting for your flight but the prices and small portion sizes leave more to be desired.

The woman working at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for a smoothie and she said they don't have smoothies today. I opted for a yogurt and a 16 ounce coffee which was almost $9. Their waters for sale were room temperature. She said it was because they were put in the wrong place. Umm why don't you put them where they are supposed to go then?

Grilled chicken wrap takes 25 minutes. The lady was rude when I placed my order. I wasn't eating for 10 minutes when the same rude lady told me they're closed and said I had to leave. All the tables were dirty.

I just went into this establishment for a coffee. The worker told me she couldn’t make any of the specialty coffees as the machine has been broken over a week. Sensing my disappointment, she made a snide remark about having ME fix the machine if I wanted a coffee!! I told her she should have her boss get it fixed and she informed me she was the owner of the restaurant here. I told her then it’s HER RESPONSIBILITY to have a working coffee machine if offering coffee for sale. She tried arguing with me when I politely excused myself.
How dare she tell a patron to fix her coffee machine bc she’s not responsible enough as a business owner to get it fixed? Really disappointed that there’s only ONE restaurant in the Lansing Airport and it’s being poorly operating, managed, and owned.
Absolute ripoff. Exorbitant prices, inattentive staff, and absolutely mid food. You’ll be lucky if they remember what you ordered.

Judging by the colors of this liquid, one would think it’s tea but no, this is their super watered down coffee that tastes like they were washing the coffee pot with lukewarm water.

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich from the Capital Brewport in the airport which was served to me undercooked. I took one bite and spit it out. After cutting into the sandwich I could see it was raw on the inside. They did give me a refund, but hope I don’t get sick.

Don't rent from the hertz at this airport, you'll be charged for things incorrectly and they won't even answer the phone when you call. About to drive back over here just to figure out why I was randomly charged
