Judging by the colors of this liquid, one would think it’s tea but no, this is their super watered down coffee that tastes like they were washing the coffee pot with lukewarm water.

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich from the Capital Brewport in the airport which was served to me undercooked. I took one bite and spit it out. After cutting into the sandwich I could see it was raw on the inside. They did give me a refund, but hope I don’t get sick.

Don't rent from the hertz at this airport, you'll be charged for things incorrectly and they won't even answer the phone when you call. About to drive back over here just to figure out why I was randomly charged

The girl that was working this morning at 5:30am was extremely rude to my family. We had three seperate experiences. First, my little sister simply said, "Excuse me" to ask her a question, and she looked like my sister was wasting her time and said, "What" and just continued to be rude. Then my dad went and purchased something, and she was very short and acted like he was wasting her time as well. She wasn't helping other costumers either time... The receipt he received says her name is Jessica. Then, I went up to her to ask if they have a price list, and she looked at me with an annoyed face, and asked, "Of what" and I responded, "the things in the store and the food, or just in general?" And she very shortly cut me off and said no. I asked how I was supposed to know any prices and she shorty (and her tone was as if I was very stupid) said that she will scan it. Also, she was on her phone each time.These were 3 different visits in one morning, and none of us even knew the other had a bad experience until we all were sitting down. We went in seperately. This is rediculous!

Staff was awesome. Food was exactly what we wanted. We got a simple burger, chicken tenders, fries, BLT. Enjoyed everything and really appreciated how great the crew was. I think there were 3 ppl running the whole place. A great team.

Best customer service I have experienced in an airport.
As I write this I am seated at a table in the Capital Brewport restaurant. The atmosphere is contemporary and spacious, with adequate space between the tables. The gentleman waiting on me and the gentleman at the grill making my meal are so welcoming and polite. I ordered the turkey club minus the ham and bacon. They asked if I would like extra turkey given that I did not want the other meats - how thoughtful!I just received my sandwich. It has been grilled to perfection and is delicious. I highly recommend when flying into or out of Capital Airport in Lansing, Mi to stop by Capital Brewport, grab some great food, enjoy the full service bar, as well as a warm and friendly welcome!

A quiet spot to eat or drink in a quiet airport. The turkey BLT with that buttery sourdough bread is ridiculously good. I want to go pass through security just to get one more before I leave Michigan for the summer for good.

I was literally an hour and 48 minutes ahead of when the plane was set to leave, with my hand in a cast by MYSELF. They REFUSED to let me board. DON'T FLY LAN.

Shame on the management in this place. No assistance for the front staff, no organization, no food-they ran out at 1:00 in the afternoon. Total and utter chaos. As the ONLY food option in the entire Lansing airport this is not good.
