Little Caesars Pizza

Food is good sometimes it depends who makes it and what mood they are in but the service is alright as well some of the workers be having attitudes especially when they answer the phone and have to take orders my thing is it’s your job if it’s over whelming than find another job.

Deive through windows for a quick pick on my way home late. They had at least one of most everything done or almost done. Very friendly staff. Food was very fresh.

Today’s pizza was hot and mostly ready. I suggest ordering ahead because there’s almost always a long wait and skip the drive thru all together. But if you’re hungry and you’ve got no where to be, old faithful is not a bad choice

The manager who ran the store tonight did an absolutely awful job. I ordered 2 slice and stix. These are the worst pizzas I’ve tasted in my whole life. Literally look at the photos. This store has always had the worst quality pizza, consistency of their pizza, and customer service especially in regards to making accommodations such as when you wait an extended time like I did tonight.

One pizza is so greasy I had to use degreaser to wash my hands and the other isn’t made right. It’s missing the cheese topping.

They served up some raw bull that should have gone into the trash. I’ve ordered this pizza before and it never came out with some extra soft dough. It’s a shame because this location does usually seem reliable. Will update on next visit.

We've never encountered any problems here. 5 stars without hesitation! What's more, they're incredibly accommodating to the skating community - they don't bat an eye when we roll in with our skates on!"

I’ve routinely tried the drive through lane and waited several minutes without ever being acknowledged or served. I’m giving up.

I waited in the drive-through for over seven minutes with no acknowledgment that I was even in the drive-through. I had to then pull around and get my sleeping baby out of the car to go inside and ask them why no one said anything and ask them if their drive-through was closed they said no and that they’re busy.their customer service is horrible and this is the second time that I have been to this location and had absolutely no acknowledgment but they’re continuously working on other things they don’t greet or anything or say I’m busy. I’ll be right there.

This is my experience at 2824 E Grand River Ave, Lansing, MI 48912, location.
I ordered through the little Caesars app and have to be honest, I was a little nervous. I was thrilled that it gave me the option to pick up my order in the drive thru since I was placing a large order for some co-workers and myself.
I ordered 2 pepperoni crazy puffs, 3 cheese crazy puffs, 1 deep dish 3 meat pizza, 1 bag of crazy bread with sauce, 1 bag of crazy bread without sauce, 3 garlic butter sauces and 3 ranch. I arrived at the location about 3 minutes before my scheduled time so I parked in a parking space as not to hold up the drive thru line. Right on time, I received a push notification saying my order was ready and head to the drive thru. I was a little hesitant since there is a sign posted on the side of the building that says "Drive thru Hot n Ready only" but I proceeded and just thought if they make me get out of line and go to the counter, no big deal....I saw the sign. When I approached the window, I explained I ordered on the app, without any hesitation the young man at the window asked for the name on the order. He located all of my items in the warmers, counted all the sauces and double checked the order before handing me everything through the window. He was very courteous and professional. I also observed him and another gentleman killing it in the back. I mean these guys were moving as fast as 2 humans can move working around hot ovens and food. It was lunch time and they were slammed. But they handled the pressure with smiles on their faces. They could teach a thing or two to the crew that works at the DeWitt location. I had so many bad experiences there that I haven't gone back in over a year. I hope the manager at this location reads this review and acknowledges these 2 for their hard work. I can't speak for the rest of the employees since I didn't enter the building. Today is 10/10/24. My order was picked up at 11:36am.
