Little Caesars Pizza

The lady with the red Nike hat who claims she is the manager cannot read a receipt, nor does she know how to provide good customer service. I ordered the crazy puff party pack (12) crazy puffs (3 packs of 4= 12 crazy puffs total.) this lady had the audacity to tell me that I ordered 3 single crazy puffs LMAO, ma'am you don't even sell them 3 puffs only!!!!! She then refused to give me a refund and refused to look at my online receipt as well. I don't know who owns this particular location, but you will want to either make sure the lady can read a receipt, understand the menua and re-train her in customer service 101. She had the audacity to say I was insulting her!!! No, you just insulted yourself by showing your lack of comprehension skills in terms of reading a basic receipt. Needless to say, I've been a customer for 10 or more years, but that esperience just ended that. I HAVE NEVER experieinced such ignorance in my life!!!

I always appreciate this Little Caesars location for living up to the "Hot and Ready" promise—they always have fresh, hot pizzas ready when I walk in. The team has a great attitude every time, and even with a line of customers, they move quickly and efficiently. Ordered a hot and ready got home opened the box and it’s literally still dough. It’s like they didn’t even cook it, I feel like I’m being pranked.
People inside weren’t insanely rude but not at all welcoming felt like I was talking to a wall.
I paid cash and didn’t get a receipt not because I told them to keep it but because they didn’t give me one and didn’t feel like asking for one cause the kid at the register already looked pissed I was even asking for one and hadn’t said a word to me or looked at me in the eyes still at this point.
I called customer service and sat on hold for over 15 minutes ended up just giving up too tired from very long day of work and ended up just cooking it myself.

Didn't call door dash this is now i got it. They forgot my pops and the guy couldn't speak English or understand it! Have to wait 3weeks to get my money back never again

Beware that if you order delivery, Little Ceasars will take ZERO accountability for their failures. Just had an order delivered without the main course (pizza) and was told that my only option was for a 25% refund despite the pizza being half of the order. Little Ceasars uses DoorDash for delivery so that they can avoid accountability for their mistakes and blame it on someone else and then claim they can’t make it right. You get what you pay for.

I love Little Caesars but sometimes this location tries to move too fast and their pizzas don't be done all the way sorry it's just the truth but I still love you guys though ?
