Got my lunch special today at Little Caesars. This is my fire one of the best deals you can get fresh hot pizza delicious a drink and good service. The young lady that served me the food was kind and courteous and always smiling. Thank you little Caesars.

I have been getting amazing pizza ans chees ready also. Today I was the only customer at the time. No cheese ready, off vibe, a n d they figured out how to get the absolute least amount of cheese possible on a pizza, I understand not overusing from a pizza store perspective, but there was pizza sauce uncovered on half the pizzas and the cheese that was there was burnt. It's possible I won't go back. At least until I see the other workers.

Service was very slow, sat at the drive thru for almost five minutes and had to go inside for service and waited inside as well. They were to busy talking instead of working. Now I know why they were not busy.

Pizza not cooked. The cheese wasn’t even melted. It’s like the staff doesn’t know how to cook pizza or have no pride in what they do. 100% terrible. Waste of money worst in Lansing

My second time going there and each time the customer service was horrible! Employee not using gloves handling food unsafe! Cashier very dismissive and rude! Never get the order correct. This place needs management to come in and rehire a whole new Team. I ordered Italian cheese bread add sausage ham pepperoni and it was a task. And how are you selling bread sticks without sauce ??

It took a while for an employee to come to the front, i was asked for a tip and my pizza was sloppy and the dough was super thick like they used a deep dish for hand tossed.

I watch kids between ages 2-5 most weekdays..and occasionally we have Pizza day which is the kids fav day.. we have lunch early due to 5-6am drop off.. so we usually pick up pizza around 11am.. first 2times we excused it but this is the fifth time and the last time we pick pizza up from this location.. our pizza is obviously day old.. the crust is so hard I cut it completely off the pizza and it’s so dry.. I keep hoping for a change since I’ve complained but they obviously do not care about customers concerns at this location..
