I don’t usually write reviews but this service was so bad I had too. I placed my order for crazy bread online for drive thru pick up. Two cars ahead of me I waited for 30 minutes before I got to the window and I sat there for 15 minutes watching three employees ignore me. When I finally got the crazy bread it was over cooked and hard as a rock. I will never order from here again.

I got pizza there last night and it was the most disgusting pizza I ever ate. The pizza was soggy and the cheese was barely cooked not to mention the worthless employees who work there who could care less. Such a disappoint. I would have went in the back and made my own damn pizza better then that. I want a refund on my meal and want it made right

Likely the WORST Little Caesars location ever. Look, you know what to expect when you order Little Caesars pizza, it's not much. But the location on West Saginaw in Lansing takes things to a new low. They steal your food before you can get it from the poetal then claim they never got the order. Even when the portal shows your order being placed in there, they claim ignorance. If you want to be robbed by a bunch of thieves, give your money to this place. In return, they will be happy to give you not even a greeting, a whole lot of disdain, and the worst attitudes of any fast food place in the city.

I went to this location on Jan. 1st just before 1:00pm for an online order I placed and something must of happened to it (given to the wrong person maybe..) because I waited so long at the drive-thru window getting completely ignored by Angel after he told me it would just be a couple of min., I had to finally come into the store to find out what was going on. Hailey (the manager) finally brings me my order of undercooked pizza while the other dude Angel working the window was slamming oven doors and dropping F-bombs about wanting to quit his job. He completely lost it. Hailey, I know you had to remake my order for some reason but why would you bring me undercooked pizza! You could of just explained to me what happened. I tried placing my pizza bread into my own oven for a few min. and it did not turn out well. I really do want a refund for the $23 I paid for barely-in-the-oven pizza and waiting an extra 30 min. for it. It was disgusting! Why would the manager Hailey even do that!?? Avoid this location if you can, otherwise be prepared for some real sketchy service. This Little Caesars location is not well run or well staffed. It is really bad at the 4124 W. Saginaw store 🤢....🤮

If I could make a lower mark I would. I was hung up on 2 times after being on hold for 15 minutes. Ordered 6 pizzas to be ready at a certain time and when I got there I was told it they wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes. Instead of trying to help the situation all they did was say sorry there is nothing that they could do. I would give this place 5 negative stars for service. Will never order from here again.

I ordered a hot n ready. Didn’t think it was ready because all employees went to the back and were back there for about 10-15 minutes. Thinking I was getting a fresh pizza I was okay with waiting, well time passes and one employee comes out and ask what did you order again? I told her. She turns around a grabs it right out of the hot n ready heater. The customer service at this store is NON existent.
