I’ve ordered from here several times getting the family meal. It’s always decent food. They forgot my cheesecake and instead of correcting it they told me to get my money refunded and then reordered. Absolutely not. Your mistake you fix it, that simple! Take accountability for your actions and your mistakes. Due to the rudeness and unresolved situation you have lost my business.

Haven't been to a Logans in years and thought we'd try it out. We got the Spinach Artichoke Dip for an app, I got the 6 oz top cut sirloin w/ garlic butter, garden salad and fries as sides. My food wash delicious. My husband got one of the combo plates with ribs and chicken. He said the ribs were dry. The place itself could use to cosmetic updates.

Hostess and waitress were very friendly.
The rolls were good. However, not as good as Texas Roadhouse. 😏 Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides (rice & broccoli) were good too.
Overall, this was a great experience! Too bad all the Logans by us have closed.

Kendall (Gosh I hope I remember her name right, sweet girl with a K necklace and ring) was the absolute best server I've ever had, was super helpful with fixing our drinks when they didn't come out quite right and made sure we had everything we needed and then some! Truly went above and beyond and was the best part of the whole experience!!

It was hard not to notice how badly this location needed to be cleaned. From the crumbs & old residue of food on the kids high chair, to having to brush off food from my seat to sit down, to the cob webs in the waiting area windowsill—we will not be going back to this Logan’s again because of it.

Logan’s Roadhouse really delivered! My steak was cooked to perfection, and the salmon add-on was excellent—flavorful and well-prepared. Our server was great: friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and clearly well-managed. A great dining experience from start to finish.
