Got our drinks and bread in a couple of minutes and then did not see our waitress again for 24 minutes while we waited for our food, with 2 people sitting with empty water glasses most of that time. (Would have flagged down our waitress or someone else but literally did not see anyone for that whole time)
Our food was cold when it arrived - I don’t mean warm, or lukewarm, I mean *cold*. ALL of the sides were like eating them straight out of a can cold, and the pasta dish was the only thing with a bit of steam. Even food that was freshly fried was cold and somehow burned on a few pieces as well. Horrible experience with service and food both; will never go there again.

Just got food delivered, first time ordering so didnt have much for comparison lol just went with ribeye( cooked perfectly rare the way I requested) , salad with house made ranch (that was odd but not horrible) sweet potatoe (that was so burnt I had to remove half of it) and rolls (That were great others than the one my coworker found with the hair baked in). I can’t judge the atmosphere our service fairly. The food was hit and miss but the steak was great.

Ordered loaded potato soup as part of a pickup order. Got home and realized the container was 1/4 filled. Called the location and the employee told me they were rationing the portions because they were running out. But still charged me the full amount. The employee encouraged me to leave a review and when I asked for a manager was hung up on. Feel like a fool for tipping that type of service…never again

Bathroom filthy, no hot water. Server was rude. Food- chicken wings -had to send back to get finished cooking. Nachos were disgusting. No meat on them. Came with a sweet onion sauce. Who thought of that? Ribs were tough. Just a waste of $70. This is the worst dine-in place I've been to in a very long time... I definitely do not recommend any to eat here. If the bathroom doesn't have hot to wash your hands, and they are ok with serving uncooked chicken... it's definitely not about the customers.

Terrible Experience – Unsafe and Uncaring Staff
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone. While we were having lunch, my 4-month-old granddaughter, who was in her car seat, fell because the baby booth was unstable. This was an extremely scary moment for our family.
What made it worse was the lack of response from the staff. Not a single person came to check on us, offer assistance, or even acknowledge what happened. I had to *yell* to get ice for her head, which was deeply upsetting. There were no apologies or any concern shown for what was a very distressing situation.
A restaurant should prioritize the safety and well-being of its customers, especially when children are involved. The complete lack of empathy or responsibility here is unacceptable. We will not be returning, and I would caution others, especially families with children, to avoid this place.

Ate here on Saturday night for dinner! The rolls were great! Steak was overdone when I wanted medium! Drinks were good! It was not busy for a Saturday night! Texas Roadhouse will still be my favorite. Had not eaten here in a long time so thought we would try it out. I can see why it was slow! It’s not like it used to be! Pretty run down inside too!

We got 2 Ribeyes one medium rare which was thin and tough and more like medium and a second that was rare but had next to no fat cap. At almost 35 dollars for a 16oz steak I would have expected it to be much better

Great place. I only give it a 4 because my mash potatoes looked like the plastic version from a kids play set but everything else was great. I like the hard cement flooring, the progressive baby changing station in the mens room, the kind staff, etc. My food was prepared well. We started with chicken wing appetizer and it was great. I had the sirloin steak which was moist and soft, cooked to specs with very little seasoning though which depending on the person you may or may not like I suppose. The dinner rolls are great but don't take em home as they don't reheat well. I will definitely be back again sometime as prices were reasonable.
