Inconsistency of the food, the service can be very poor at times at the Lansing Michigan location Lack of training, lack of management. Horrible experience last week. I feel the manager knows this, but a lack of supervision, I can easily give this a one star! Management does not monitor nor do they care. I also see this in some reviews. I feel the manager knows this and is tired of the poor reviews and complaints the manager doesn't care anymore. Also the people are nice, but being nice and getting flood food and service are two different things. This place would be better off with different management!

Went on Christmas eve. Steak was really undercooked but I didnt send it back, we had already waited like 30 minutes and my girlfriend was eating her meal already so i just kept quite. Also it just seemed really expensive for what we had. And there is no peanuts anymore, peanuts were half the fun

Just went there this evening I had the fish.. it was just ok .. my wife had the bbq chicken.. it was basically raw .. she shared the fish with me .. and we left .. we won’t be back I can see that this place has headed downhill for awhile.. half of the good stuff that was on the menu is gone .. sad to see it happen it was a good place .. but save your money go elsewhere

Nothing to write home about. WORST artichoke dip EVER ( sent back, undercooked, bland, and stale chips). No crowd, but waited 10 minutes to be seated.. NEVER received salads, or the water we asked for twice. Won't be patronizing again. Disappointing to say the least!!!

I’ve ordered from here several times getting the family meal. It’s always decent food. They forgot my cheesecake and instead of correcting it they told me to get my money refunded and then reordered. Absolutely not. Your mistake you fix it, that simple! Take accountability for your actions and your mistakes. Due to the rudeness and unresolved situation you have lost my business.

Haven't been to a Logans in years and thought we'd try it out. We got the Spinach Artichoke Dip for an app, I got the 6 oz top cut sirloin w/ garlic butter, garden salad and fries as sides. My food wash delicious. My husband got one of the combo plates with ribs and chicken. He said the ribs were dry. The place itself could use to cosmetic updates.

The rolls were good. However, not as good as Texas Roadhouse. 😏 Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides (rice & broccoli) were good too.
Overall, this was a great experience! Too bad all the Logans by us have closed.
