Long John Silver's | KFC

I visited this location on 2/10/25 around 6:30pm craving long johns and with this being the only location in Lansing there I was……. I was told that they were not offering anything off of the Long Johns menu to my surprise ( I said are you serious ) instantly a woman interrupted (assuming the manager) and completely disrespected me and yelled at me like I was her child! Whoever this woman is absolutely needs to be fired and NEVER work in customer service, NEVER AGAIN! Shame on you. She is making your establishment look absolutely ridiculous and clearly not selling your food (Long Johns)

Place was dirty, took 5 minutes to be welcomed and our order taken. No smiles, no thank you. As a secret shopper the place gets a 3.

We had Long John Silver's. The fish was awesome but the chicken was tough and weirdly chewy in texture. Everything else....fries, hush puppies and coleslaw were all good. We were just disappointed about the chicken. If we had known it was like that, we'd have gotten all fish.

The worst long John silver experience ever. Hush puppies over cooked in old grease. Fish sandwich had black all over it from a dirty strainer, I only assume. Shrimp were so small I thought they were popcorn shrimp. ( you will see some of the black from the strainer on the shrimp in the picture provided. And on top of that I had to spit the shrimp out. I've never spit shrimp out in my entire life. In fact, I hold the record 2 years in a row as the all you can eat shrimp holder at Red Lobster. I will now NEVER eat at this establishment again. I'm down to only 3 places I'll go now. Good luck America!

Thru drive thru ordered L6 everything dry old salty hush puppies were brown inside out everything should have been thrown in trash before they gave to me not after

Y'all need to make sure you put all food in box for order ....I got home and no fish ....I ordered a L4....I love too dar to drive back....shame on me for not checking my order but double shame on you for not making sure the order was right before handing it to me ...

.me and my sister judy stopped in to have a nice dinner but long John silvers wasn't doing well because it was a 45 minute wait for anything and being diabetic we couldn't wait that long so we had KFC first time in 20 yrs since or momma passed away so it brought back memories of her life and love she had for kfc..thanks

The chicken was old AF! Bones were blackened, which means chicken is old. It was dry. The Mac n cheese had no flavor and was dry, the mashed potatoes just tasted gross, which everyone knows is unheard of. KFC has awesome mashed potatoes and gravy. No other customers were there, except 1 guy. I do NOT recommend this particular KFC.

don’t expect to get long john silvers here even if you arrive an hour before they close LOL. not sure what “sold out” means but i’d assume just shutting fryers off well before closing time. very rude, as if i was supposed to know they weren’t serving anymore.

The food is always cold there no matter what. They make your food look sloppy. I went there for the first time this year because after I said I wouldn't go back there again. I was very disappointed. The 2 pieces of chicken were the size of my baby finger and 1 piece of cold fish. For $13.00 . Don't ever go there for KFC menu because the service and the food is always poor. I will never give them another try. The drive thru window is always dirty.

i made a complaint to the corporate office only to have them have the same manager call me it was horrid he made us wait 45 min for chicken only to have it severly burned no hands washing being done i called the health department stay clear
