I'm giving them 2 stars because they were ready when they said they would be. Terrible Grinders. The bread tasted like it had been frozen for a year. I had a similar experience last time, a few years back, but wanted to give them another try. I will be making the drive to South Cedar next time.

I visited Mancino's on January 17, 2024 ..location West Mt Hope . I order a steak Grinder , the Sub was terrible, I ask for everything except mushrooms and added banana peppers ? in the place of Mushrooms ?. the steak was over cook , the cheese was burnt crispy hard with no mayo or muster which I specifically ask for as well as banana peppers. the sandwich was totally terrible. I had to drive 20 mins back home , when I got home that is when I noticed the type of sandwich that was given to me. I will not recommend this place to anyone....terrible service, very disappointed with this place Mancino's on West Mt Hope and Park St!

This is not the mancinos I remember! How this place has 4 stars is beyond me. I'd like to know how jacking their prices to double without changing their website can be legal. $23 for a grinder and he mentions they changed prices a year ago but no mention of it online or on phone when I said something about price. Had to be a mistake. My veggie grinder was horrible. All I could taste was olive. I'll never be back. Isn't what I remembered anyway. It's just a pickup place with a few nasty tables spread about.

So this has been my spot for over 10 yrs right. I have always supported it because of the quality, value and location. Usually go with the club or chicken bacon ranch. Decided to order pizza tonight. Ordered ahead, got there to pick it up and You could tell they were pretty new. I literally had no pizza sauce lol. Toppings and bread! Get it together I need you!! We need you!

Order was meant for a different location when ordered through the slice app and was sent to this store unknown to me. Store and Slice refuse to refund purchase. Poor service both on the Store side and Slice side. Would not recommend using the Slice app or their website or ordering.
