I went into pick up an order, the manager and another worker were all over eachother which I feel is unprofessional in the workplace . They were very rude as well as I asked a question and the girl gave me a dirty look when I asked how much the little cookie was and if they take tap pay .

The staff here during lunch 10/13 at 12:30pm are amazing, so incredibly thorough and helpful. Definitely some of the best customer service I've come across in a long time. Amber deserves a huge shout out for her friendly and knowledgeable demeanor.

I ordered from the store because I love Mancino’s normal I ordered twice in one night and both times they gave my order to somebody else and the manager refused to make it right. I am out over $50 because of their negligence and refusal to fix their mistake at this point, I do not recommend this restaurant. They have obviously fell off. I will never spend a dime here again. They blatantly ripped me off not once but twice.

Food is amazing but when you have absolutely the most terrible employees in Lansing it makes the restaurant look terrible as well ! I had a problem with my order and I asked to get a new sub . I was met with the most disrespect & horrible attitude I’ve ever came across in my life . Will not ever return !!
This place is a absolute joke . You arrive to a sign no inside seating. Chairs and tables stacked upon on and another. I had a gift card. I was informed they don't accept gift cards. But it was a Mancino's gift card. Which means I give this place on a scale of 1 to 10. A 1. Service is bad. This place won't last long like this.
