I was hungry yesterday and didn’t feel like to cook and this a reminder to never crave again or at least buy pizza at that place. My order was ready in minutes but when I picked it up. It was cold ,both my orders. Inside was dead, I know why now.

Pizza was all burnt and flaky on the bottom order took an hr. Only ate it because I had to pay quite a bit for it. Let's just say I could of baked my own pizza and it taste better than that. I won't be ordering it again.

Chloe was absolutely awful, took our order over the phone and told us 15 minutes got there after 15 minutes and it still wasn’t done, I asked when it was going to be done and they hadn’t even started it yet. Chloe then told me that the 15 minute wait time was not right and that we were told 25-30. Then when it was ready she walked by it twice while checking on other things before proceeding back to the counter. I ended up having to tell her it was ready. We love the food though good job to the people making it, get a better person to run the counter.

How difficult is it to put the correct pizza in the corresponding box? Apparently extremely difficult at this location. Every few months I give them another chance to wind up hungry and disappointed. I can forgive the forgetting of sauce cups and red pepper, but how do you send out a cheese pizza in place of pepperoni magnifico? Not once but several times.

Even tho Marcos is a chain I think it’s still the best pizza in the Lansing area. The waverly store never disappoints

The pizza tastes great and their service was great! Three stars simply because I was completely shocked that they used canned mushrooms on their pizza??! Mushrooms are my favorite topping on pizza… but, canned?? Yeah no I’ll pass.

The pizzas and other similar menu items are excellent. We've generally had a very positive experience with the food here, though I will say that the boneless chicken wings were pretty disappointing. 10 wings for $10 wouldn't be an issue except for the fact that the chicken was dismal and most of what we got was basically little pieces of fried batter rather than chicken. I wouldn't recommend the boneless wings, but the pizza items are amazing.

Terrible service from female manager. I tried to use there e-gift card and took it to the store for use. Manager didn't know how to enter it. I left with out pizza. Followed up with a letter to the owner sending it to the W Saginaw Hwy address. Requested a phone call or email to me but never heard from them.

Refuse to ever eat here again until I get my garlic cups I paid extra for & never received. Make sure you double check your order because they mess it up EVERYTIME. The general manager girl working days is ridiculous. I was polite enough & had a receipt. All she had to do was hand me the garlic cups I already paid FOR...... WITH A TIP!!!!!! AND they NEVER gave me. I was busy but made the trip..... Instead of snitching them out!!!. She told me I was 2 days late on coming in there????.....She'd rather turn this into a corporate issue?! REALLY? I just go to Cottage Inn now!!! That little girl shouldn't be in charge of ANYTHING. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE & CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called to complain and she told me the owner Steve will tell me the same thing.
