I come in for a pickup order, and three girls are standing at the register just talking. I normally wouldn't care, until the ugly white one kept looking at me and not helping. Another staff member had to come up and offer help. Happy new year ! <3

I can't understand how our food can possibly be considered quality or comforting. My husband and I ordered the Angus roast beef spud. First they tried to give me a spud with no meat just cheese. Then they brought one with a tiny amount of meat and no onions or au jus. Husbands was lacking moisture as well. These potatoes were so dry. I'm guessing they are cutting corners and trying to get away with smaller portions of ingredients and covering it with cheese to hide it. 43$ for dry potatoes? It's been 4 years since we last visited and it's unlikely we will try it again. Where is the managers quality control? Unacceptable.

If you are looking for something other than the typical fast-food burger, this is the place! Great food! I often refer to it as a high-end deli,to those I take here to eat. I have always enjoyed my meals here. I enjoy the convenience of the pickup window for online orders, but also have appreciated the great customer service when dining in. One of my GO-TO places to eat in Lansing!

Every time I order they forget the pickle.
How hard is it to just remember the pickle.

This was the third time in a row that both my husband's and my order was wrong. We ordered to go so didn't know it was wrong until we got all the way home. I don't know what's going on there but it's not good. The sandwiches aren't cheap so it was throwing money out the window

Love the atmosphere inside the deli. It's a great place to sit down, have a conversation and relax while you enjoy your food. The McAlister Club is bomb! Always have great food from here.

Great food and good service. The only thing i didn't like was lots of tables had not been cleaned off and not a small amt either like over 10 tables... plates and garbage still on them.

My club sandwich was delicious and so was my mac and cheese side. My friend's Reuben sandwich had lots of meat but was not heated up enough.

Please train your staff to know when food shouldn’t be served. Tonight my husband came in and picked up an order for carryout. I ordered the chicken salad croissant and while the chicken salad was wonderful, the croissant was so dry- just awful. Had I known this before getting home I definitely would have asked them to remake. You could tell by the crispy look and feel of it, that it had been left out and was stale. The person making it should not have served it.

I have been traveling for the past three days for a funeral. I finally get home and I just wanted a comfort meal. I order a spud max potato And got a potato with spinach and broccoli. Just very disappointing when I was really looking for some comfort food.
