usually good experiences at McAlister's. but today's experience has me wanting to cry. I placed an online order for pick up (thought this would be faster than going elsewhere). I got there at my pickup time and it wasn't ready. I waited for 20 minutes additionally. I had to ask if it was ready yet. sticker printed says 1146. didn't get it until 12. maybe it takes 15 minutes to make 3 sandwiches idk. While I was annoyed with the additional time, I have eyes and could see how busy they were so let it go.
got home. only got 1 pickle when there should've been 3. ordered a dairy free McAlister's club. got home with what I think was a second ham and cheese (ham, tomato, honey mustard, swiss). so ended up eating the sandwich bc I don't have time to try to find more food. but inevitably going to be sick in the near future from the dairy. super disappointing.

I love this place! I needed to place a to go order and couldn't get out of my car because of a foot surgery. The gal at the window gave me a menu and helped me place an order even though the drive up window is just for pick ups. I was impressed with the service and she was so friendly! I have dined in too. The restaurant is spacious. I was meeting with someone to work on a school project and there was plenty of room so we didn’t feel pressured to rush out.

We get salads delivered all the time and we love them. The chicken and cranberry one is great! Plus sent a birthday greeting today. Very thankful for such goid customer service.

I had the 6 inch French Dip... it was Deee-licious! Definitely going to get it again
First and last time our office orders from this restaurant. We spent over $100, not including all the fees and tip, and they did not include three items (of the seven meals that were ordered). It was a delivery, I called back to let them know about it and all they would do is credit my cc. Really, how is this my problem that they don't have drivers to deliver the three items? Where is the customer service expectation gone? Where is the process to verify everything is correct? Never going back. There are so many more restaurant options. And, what are the convenience fee and service fees all about?

Food is great. Service slow the normal dining room is wonderful however counter people and managers rude. Chrissy in dining cares and will help get you food and things counter people miss.

This is a great spot for a good sandwich. Service is always top-notch, and the food is always good. However, you really can't screw up a sandwich. The tea is a bit overrated but still good. The Club is a must try.
