Why have a system that shows what a customer specifically orders if your employees can't follow a mobile order correctly? Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with no onions, pickles and mustard, yet both had everything on it. Not the first time this has happened, but will more than likely be the last time I order from this one

2 drive through lines but, nobody taking orders on Rt lane so we had to move to Lt lane after a long wait. Still a long wait. Burger was dry and over cooked. Fries weren't fresh or hot.

They can’t read a ticket right. Forgot my sandwich and didn’t put extra cheese on my other sandwich. Went all the way back for a remake of food but couldn’t remake it??? Like completely unprofessional. And the orange juice “wasn’t working” will not be back.

My son and I went between 12am-130am The drive through was fairly busy, a gentleman came on the speaker and took my order, he told me a total but didnt tell me which window to pull too. I made it all the way to the second window. The gentleman had to confirm my order, than a lady came and took my money I asked would it be fresh after currently waiting in drive through line 30 min at this point. A 2nd lady came older lady, she made a comment to me that made me feel like I was stealing food. Mind you I prolly by far make more money a yr than anyone in that store. I promise I dont steal food. I got fairly upset and just asked for my money back!! I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE, ILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR MCDONALD'S!!! I FELT TOTALLY DISRESPECTED!!!!!!

I went through the drive thru tonight (11-5-25) at approximately 615pm-630pm. I ordered a large coffee, 2 pies and a mcdouble. They were out of pumpkin pies and so I ordered apple pies. Proceeded to the pay window (very polite and friendly kid), he was wearing Lego earrings. I wish I had his name. Excellent service on his part. Then went to the the pick up window. Was offered cookies in place of the pies. There would be a 12 minute wait for pies (was not informed of the wait at the ordering station). I wanted pies and asked for a refund, which was granted. 2 minutes passed by after the refund and was handed a bag which contained the mcdouble and 1 pie (which was odd because previously informed of the 12 minute wait on pies).
Attendant proceeded about their work and didn't say anything about the coffee. I continued to wait 5 more minutes. Other vehicles began to form a line behind me. I was then asked to move forward and the coffee would be brought out (I was never informed there was a wait). I did as I was asked. The vehicles behind me were taken care of one by one. An attendant came out to have me move further up as I noticed another car behind me had to wait as well. Again no mention how long it would be for the coffee.
The vehicle waiting behind me was taken care as well as another vehicle in parking lot (who I didn't notice was waiting) were given their order.
I was tired and had another 50 minute drive home ahead me. I decided to leave. For whatever reason this place was hopefully just having a bad time, although it did not appear to be that busy. Only one person inside placing an order. Perhaps they just went through a heavy rush of customers and I caught the tail end of a busy period.
Suffice to say, better communication would be helpful and perhaps an apology for the time delay in product not readily available. Let's focus on customer service and this place would be fine.
