Went therefore breakfast and got a large orange juice and the orange juice was watered down...... How do you order watered down orange juice not the mention the steak egg and bagel on hot tatsed like it was dropped on the floor.... Staff wasn't very courteous and kind of rude

This place is down right disgusting.order was told to pull ahead and watch my order get handed to two different vehicles and then tried to hand it to me (that a health code violation.) who ever the manager was rude as hell cause she had a lobby full of a basketball team.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NO COME HERE especially if you wanna take the risk of catching a food borne illness!!

The black manger took so long to make my food and kept forgetting about me I was getting stressed just waiting there I never got my food I got a refund she needs to put her hair up being around food…..now my baby is crying in the backseat hungry bc she can’t execute her job properly I’m going west Saginaw

This is the most unprofessional, unmanaged, bare minimum McDonald’s in Lansing. No care at all for the last 3 years. I don’t know if it’s the employee pool or just the manager waiving the white flag.
