My burgers, especially cheeseburgers and mcdoubles, are not coming with onions. Nowadays they're supposed to have them, but lot of times they don't. That's upsetting, you guys. Tell me if you have the same experience. Not happy about this. I've been going through this Especially during rush hours.Or lunch

Shake machine is always down, they almost always mess my order up or something in my order is missing. It's ran by mostly younger (laye 20's to late 30's group) and the restrooms are usually dirty.
On the plus side, they always try to replace whatever is messed up or missing without any issues, the rest of the restaurant is usually fairly clean and the staff is almost always friendly and upbeat.

I use my mobile app and frequent this McD’s throughout the week. As a busy healthcare worker, a good breakfast starts the day off on the right foot. This location never lets me down. Staff is always friendly and patient and the food is hot and fresh made every time. Hands down, best staff. Thank you Rosalie and all the other morning staff that makes each day start off wonderfully!
