Absolutely awful service, I ordered online and they confirmed the order, but when I got to the store the staff were extremely rude and aggressive, telling me to cancel my order and leave without providing a refund. This happened 5 hours before their posted closing hours, would not recommend this location to anyone the staff are awful and the service is nonexistent, go to the other location on grand river this one is gross and dingy

Don't go here. Waited 45 min for THREE. CHEESEBURGERS. Had to leave or miss an appointment with the fertility clinic. 0 answers. 0 resolution. Several other people in the lobby had been waiting that long. If they ask you to pull up/into a parking spot, DON'T. Stay at that window until you get your food or you won't get it.

Waited in the drive through for at least 10 minutes with no response. Decided to drive to the window and told the guy the lane wasn’t working, he told us it was working but that no one wanted to work it! As soon as we pulled to the second window there were girls sitting on their phones talking to each other and had earbuds in instead of working the other drive through lane. Many people got pissed off and drove away. Waited another 5 mins at the second window until they us to pull forward to wait for food and waited another 10 mins for one burger and a cold soggy fry. Also ordered a coke and they did not put it on the order. Overall wasted 20 mins for crappy food. Worst experience we’ve ever had at a “fast food” place. Please don’t waste your time going here there are much better McDonalds in the area!

Try going outside the city. The difference in quality is remarkable. Fresh food, clean restaurant, and the staff is actually trying. Hmmm. I wonder if the problem is obvious.
I ordered nuggets the drive thru and didn’t get get them. Waited for 30 minutes in the restaurant. An employee was moving away from the register to talk to her mom and was slacking on the clock. No one even spoke to me. Never going here again. Total garbage!

Why use table number at all if customers have to retrieve the food. The sandwich was barely warm when it arrived and the sausage was shriveled and dry....

After ordering and the girl not hearing me the first time I ordered she giggled her whole way through it finally got my order and then I waited in line for, I kid you not, 17 minutes. The kicker was all we ordered was to McFlurries and a kids meal It doesn't take 17 minutes to defrost some chicken nuggets and fries. Once we got to the window though I realized probably why we are waiting so long to begin with granted most of it was spent at the window waiting watching all this but there was about 10 different employees all up in the front area not one of them doing anything other than messing around with the other. One was even so blatantly relaxed that she brought her food which by the looks of it, was a shake or ice cream. She was just leaning against the counter at the drive-thru window eating.... I'm glad somebody's being fed because it sure isn't the person paying for their food! The location in Frandor/East Saginaw (Lansing-#12123) Slowest McDonald's and worst customer service around! They can't even handle giving you straws for your drinks or condiments for your chicken nuggets or fries. It's ridiculous after waiting for 15 plus minutes they couldn't even get the sauces in the bag. Never has my family, or anyone I know for that matter, had a good experience at this location. It's the running joke of bad McDonald's.... It's pitiful. Between the seven different cars they were already pulled up waiting for their food and then the one that pulled in the spot and me there was almost 10 cars waiting for their food meanwhile them boys inside we're not doing anything but standing around talking and eating. Yeah that's the vibe and environment when you go here.... Disgraceful. It's McDonald's for Pete's lake how hard can it be?
Parking: Free parking if you can find a spot between all the cars waiting in line for their food from the drive-thru.
