Breakfast prematurely ends at 10:45 on the regular, even with a mobile order. Most out of service ice cream machine in Lansing, or just when im there.

The manager this morning was super rude. I go there all the time. Really needs some serious attitude training. Not the first time too. I've said something to management numerous times. I've talked with other customers AND employees all receive the same rude attitude. How about you be thankful you have a job. The bar is really set pretty low these days. If she doesn't care for you she goes out of her way to show it. Pretty pathetic

Slow service because of employees standing around talking and carrying on. One male employee started an argument, which almost led to a physical confrontation, with a customer, because the customer complained about the long wait because of the employees not working and his order literally sitting in site waiting to be bagged for 20 minutes. The female manager appeared and seem to get the employees to work but still had difficulty getting the employees to work and stop horsing around. The female manager was nice and pleasant but the employees on that shift have a total lack of control, respect and work ethic.

Went thru drive thru. Got two Big Mac meals, had us park with a line of cars due to fries. Proceeded to hand our food to another car beside us. The other customer had our bag of food and put her hands in it then hand it back to the worker, the worker then gave us that bag of our food to us with a large fry missing! I managed at McDonald’s before, you CANNOT let the customer give you the food back once they touch the bag especially in their own car. Contamination already plus missing food. NASTY!

Waited in line at the ordering screen for over 20 mins while people in the other lane got their orders taken. People that weren’t waiting in line with us but had just arrived. Finally took our order after 30 mins and were extremely rude.

When it was super windy on the 14th they let me sit at the speaker for 15 minutes without saying a word to me. I had a mobile order with a code. I was getting lapped by the other lane and decided to go to the window after repeatedly being ignored, and the girl at the window only said “sorry I couldn’t hear anything”… you have a camera pointed at the drive thru and a mic, tell me to pull up? Don’t make me sit there confused why everyone but me is getting helped. Terrible service.

Over the past year this McDonald's has just gotten worse. To the point I avoid it even.
Last couple visits I've seen employees fighting, talking shit about customers, multiple customers having hair in their food or food items missing, etc.
This last visit I waited in the lobby for my online order for 20 minutes by the counter without them saying anything to me prior until I actually inconvenienced them by asking to look for my order. To which I was told they accidentally gave it to someone else and they'll make it now. The employee and manager just told me sorry for the wait and you can either have your food or money back, nothing else we can do for ya. So I took my money back and went somewhere else. Such a disappointment and waste of time.

Worst drive through ever. Horrible people with zero care in the world. Also takes 30-60 mins to get a single item because they are so slow. Just go to the speedway across the street it will be faster.

The service is consistently awful here. We consistently get the wrong orders, have to wait in long lines that are partially caused by having to fix said orders, and the prices and time sink it takes to get anything remotely close to what we ordered is nowhere near worth it. It’s not likely we’ll be back anytime soon.
