Worst McDonald’s in the Lansing area. Twice this week I have had issues and was then hung up on. I have not been able to get refunded for either order.

Terrible location. Arrived in the line @3:05 am sat in the line for 15-30 mins when I arrived at the speaker I never got greeted AT ALL. I said “hello” multiple times until a lady told me to wait and there was only 2 people working, placed my order after waiting the total time my food could have been freshly made.. got to the pick up to collect my food and they didn’t know what my order was, i told them my order and the rude person repeatedly asked over and over as if I didn’t state what I had already ordered . & also the amount of time I spent in line you’ll think my order would be top- tier fresh .. lol jokes on you it wasn’t ! So disappointed. DON’T SETTLE FOR LESS, DON’T SPEND UR MONEY FOR BAD ATTITUDES AND NON-FRESH FOOD ! Total time spent in line for 3 items 50 mins max

Have been sitting in drive thru for over 30 minutes for a hamburger kid's meal I bought via the app. Guy on back cash is on his cell phone and the front window had to ask what our order was, just pure chaos. Do yourself the favor and drive the additional miles to the next closest McDonald’s.

Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes after receiving recipt to find they had skipped my order somewhere. Refunded but lost app points used on order. Store was not very busy at the time of order. Very disappointed in the quality of service here.

This visit, unfortunately wasn't a good one. We pulled in behind 2 cars both in drive-thru #2 so I went to #1. After 1st car pulled up they took the 2nd cars order, I thought was odd, but technically they were ahead of us, so no problem. (prob should h, ave seen the writing on the wall right there and then and left) 2nd car pulled up and after what felt like 2-4 minutes and both Amber and I saying hello with no response I backed up thinking maybe there was an issue there. Pulled up to drive-thru 2 and that's when we heard someone talk on the speaker we had just left. I said hey sorry we pulled over here. Could hardly understand the employee but was something to the effect that we couldn't use both of the online coupons on same order. Then we waited, and waited, and after a bit more waiting we received what was supposed to be my son's 2 double cheeseburgers and a frappe. Got it back to the hotel room literally across thestreet and they were hard abd cold. Only redemption was the girl inside that made the crew stop what they were doing to get some fresh replacement burgers post haste!

11/29 8:30 AM - The nastiest mens bathrooms I've ever seen. The walls clearly haven't been touched in months, and the floors and surfaces were putrid. So much trash all over and a random dirty cleaning rag just lying on the floor next to the toilet. How is this level of sanitation acceptable?? We were on a road trip and needed a quick bite to eat early in the morning so that this would be a good choice, but absolutely never again...
