Ordered 7 non-customized breakfast sandwiches for pickup to take to work via app. I ended up waiting for 35 minutes and two of the items that were supposed to be steak were swapped for lower-price menu items without communication and this resulted in coworkers with dietary restrictions being unable to eat. The items that were provided were cold.

45 minute wait for food in the drive through after being told to pull forward and they would bring it out, and every other car after receiving their food. After going in and requesting to speak to the manager, the manager handed the worker my food and didn't bother to come over and speak to me. This is absolutely absurd and unprofessional.

I had left a bad review awhile back. They've gotten much better. Still fast food, so have realistic expectations, but for a McDonald's they're top-notch; in particular the current managers seem to really care about getting things right and listening to customers when there's problems.

They have certain days and certain staff that obviously work better together today there was what looked like dirt on every single burger and for some reason the fries tasted nutty like peanuts or some form of nut....

After today I realized there are no more good McDonald's.They all take to long now whether you go inside or use the drive threw probably because of food delivery orders.Prces are way up quality and service way down.I buy breakfast once a week for my family from McDonald's but no longer will.I will now be going to Denny's since there probably faster and prices are now similar.
