I waited for over 25 minutes in the drive thru. Unfortunately I had placed an order on the app otherwise I would have left. When my food did finally come it was cold. I was told to pull ahead along with 5 cars in front of me. Meanwhile cars behind us got their food before all of the people waiting. Employees had no idea what vehicle had what order. I will not be back to this location.

Waited in drive through for 20 minutes only for them to not even take my order me, so I pull up to the window and they refuse to take my order again, as well as that there was two people standing outside smoking, mind you no one was there they were not busy and everyone who was behind me in line had left never recommend going here !

Unsure what happened but waited on the far side of the building for my drive-thru food for 15 minutes… alone, with no other customers lined up or going thru. Thought they forgot about me, but said they were still working on it… a single cheeseburger and fry.

Unless I got lucky on this round With all the negatives that I've been seeing here this is probably one of the second best McDonald's, as I've ever eaten at in the lansing holt I had ordered two double cheeseburgers and my burgers are usually Dry and salty, but these double cheeseburgers tasted like they were the cook to order burgers. Was on point and probably had some of the best quality. I've tasted from any McDonald's in a while. Whoever you guys had working today around 2pm good job on the food. Wish all the other mcdonalds in the are could have good quailty like today

This place is absolutely disgusting! Smells like the bathrooms never get cleaned, floor is littered with trash and sticky. Bathroom has urine all over the floor. Looks like no one cares. Will never come back here! Period!

Always slow or missing food at this one; every time have to pull to a spot and wait if it's more than 1 burger than they make you go back and inside for missing food if you don't cut your losses. Expect 45 min + at this one if you're wanting a meal for the family.

A bunch of slow uncoordinated lazy people work at this establishment. If they ask you to pull forward at this McDonald's at the last window do not do it. They will forget about you and you'll have to go in anyways happens way too much.

October 15th I ordered and the store was closed. I am trying to get a refund for an order that wasn't fulfilled by a restaurant that was closed on the day the app took my order and the next day they took my money. I was told the first time I visited the restaurant that it would be refunded in 2-3 and to talk to my bank. The second visit was after 10 days, I was told by the restaurant to talk to my bank. I talked to my bank and they said all I could do is 30 days after file a fraudulent case. The app says talk to the restaurant. I am tired of going around in circles trying to get back 30 dollars from a billion dollar company. I shouldn't have to chase down MY money to chalk it up as a loss. 1. If it's an RA number or whatever, showing the order was never picked up, then WHY wasn't it cancelled if it was never made. 2. Why was the app taking orders if the store wasn't open because the parking lot was being repaved? How many people and door dashers got screwed over? I think it's ridiculous that I have been to the restaurant twice, and will now go up there a third time to talk to a different manager since the first manager is no help. Nor has my card been refunded 24 hours, 2-3 days, and now 11 days later still nothing but the run around by the company. App says talk to the restaurant, restaurant says talk to the bank, bank says it's on McDonald's end, 45 min.s on hold and told to leave a message on the website. So here we are. WHERE IS MY MONEY?

So we got regular LUNCH food for BREAKFAST. THE WAIT HAS BEEN 50 MINUTES.
