20 minutes for a McCrispy that I order on the app. I say "I'm Already There" 5 minutes before I get there. I get 30 minutes to eat and 75% of my lunchbreak is now in your lobby waiting for fries. Bro give me the oldest fries you got, I dont care, I dont want to have to eat my lunch in 5 minutes. PLEASE

Well apparently the 5am opening time is an option for this store. I work in healthcare very early mornings so i waited about ten minutes in the parking lot till 5am just to be told “there’s a problem in the kitchen” so I couldn’t place an order. This store is a joke.

Is there a manager at all? I got told to park in a spot to wait for my food. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, and a 4pc nugget. Waited for 44 minutes, and watched employees take smoke breaks while watching cars come and go without me getting my food. This place is a joke, I mean seriously. How the f does that happen.

This place is a joke at night a bunch of bums with no work ethic and a manager whos just as trashy, they will purposely make you wait in a Empty driv-thru for 30 plus minutes (even with mobile order placed) hoping you get tired of waiting and drive off. When you are patient enough to wait they purposely make you food incorrect (no one has ever order a mcchicken with ketchup and onions). Food is always stale and cold. I suggest the GM take a serious look at their night manager and the crew working for them, poor work ethic and minimum effort are make this store lose out on a lot of business. I've tried ordering at night multiple times figuring it was just a bad night for them but it's the same result everytime.

Was asked to pull ahead in drive thru after being the only one in line. No big deal but waited 27 min and was brought the same wrong food three times. The African American manager working today at 12:12 pm was very rude and on the verge of being discriminating.

Waited for 30 minutes for an online order we placed several minutes before picking up. We had multiple workers coming up to our window asking if this is what we ordered and they were wrong every time. No apologies as we had two children in the car and they lost our order and order number, ridiculous. Our fries were cold and not salted so not sure why the wait- didn’t even get a warm meal. Pops we’re watered down, not going to this McDonald’s again it’s a joke lol.
