First off, the people here are extremely rude! But there was one woman, red hair, glasses, long nails that has the most stank attitude, ever. Not even just that, she kept skipping our order multiple times and the manager told her she made it twice, so they had to make it the third time for us to get it. And then they forgot our sandwhich, I asked nicely to one girl who was actually really nice and then the girl with the attitude comes to give it to us so rudely. This girl needs to be fired, sorry not sorry. This place is so close, but I would rather go even 5 miles to a different one. This one is causing problems, always. And I have yet to recieve feedback on my reports to this mcdonalds. Ridiculous.

Lately the trend has certainly picked up where you place your order, pay for your order and then have to wait in an assigned parking spot to receive the food. The wait time varies based on the time of day you arrive. The worst I've had to experience is waiting 26 mins for one Big Mac meal and when the food was delivered to my car the fries were cold. Everybody knows that McDonalds fries are the best when fresh. Havent gotten fresh fries in a while sometimes I dont even bother ordering a meal as its a waste of money for cold fries. Gotta do better with wait times and cold fries.

Placed a mobile gave the code only for the girl working the drive thru to say we don't have it sorry. Everything looked fine on my end. Asked if I'll get a refund she said maybe. Extremely rude so I went inside and sure enough my order is on the screen. If I didn't check inside I would've been out my food and money. Manager up front has no business in customer service either. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Corporate needs to come in and save this mess for their own sake. Worst fast food experience I've ever had and that bar is pretty low.
This McDonald’s sucks would not go here the service is always bad. Every time I do an online order they always forget the sauce plus extra sauce I pay for and this is how my cheeseburger meal came to me.. on top of it all they were ice cold. I get it’s McDonald’s but it’s so basic it’s like come on.

How hard can it possibly be to read an order? The past 3 times I've placed a Doordash there's been, wrong things in my bag, missing things from my bag, and for some reason yall can't read the NO KETCHUP part of the order. Nothing will make me fix this review. Just like nothing makes you guys put any effort in to do better.

Ordered Trough Doordash And Never Came Even After 2 DAYS I Had To Cancel The Order

On 11/13/25 I witnessed a total of five cars to be parked, waiting for their order. They requested me to take a whole lap around the building to park on a further Parking spot they had insane amount of attitude from what I witnessed. Every customer was very polite, including myself this is not a first time occurrence for me. I believe they are trying to get their time down, but they’re not focused on actual customer service. do better. I witnessed food being walked to a car while staff was playing on their phone. The whole time with zero sense of urgency looked more of an effort into walking slow. Very disappointing but not surprised from this location

Terrible management, poor at best customer care and filthy.
Ordered on the app, was (very rudely) told that was inside, MUST go inside. Go inside, manager is extremely rude, says that's a drive thru order, MUST go to drive thru. I asked what was going on, why did the say to come in then? I told him that wasn't good customer service. He got angry, slammed my bag on the counter and said he was done with me and done talking about it. I will not waste my hard earned money or time there ever again.

Sat at the drive through for 20 minutes before I had to go in and figure out where my food was! Drive through girl had to ask me four times what I ordered and still couldn’t figure it out! But she had no problem vaping to and from each car that she was serving food to. Never received any type of apology for no order. Seems like this McDonald’s needs to do a better job with their hiring practices.

This place is trash, they never get your order right, they take forever to get you your food and by then the food is cold. This is the closest to my house and this place is so bad I’ll drive farther away for a better McDonalds

I asked to add cheese onto my mcchicken in the drive thru while at the speaker. I was told I had to make changes at the window bc they had finished our the order. I reminded the person taking my order to add cheese to my mcchicken. When I got to the second window and I did not have cheese on the chicken. When I presented my issue to the employee she told me nothing could be done at this time. I had not paid for the cheese and to do so I would need to drive around and place the order for cheese at the speaker if I wanted to purchase the cheese. I stated I wanted to add the cheese twice but bc I didn't catch the mistake before paying for my food I could not pay for the extra items at the service window.
The employees and so called management would rather argue about a slice of cheese than to make a customer happy.

I ordered one item, no one in drive through and they STILL pull you ahead for one damn item, come on now. This has happened quite often the last few weeks. Their workers don’t know how to speak! Say have a nice day or Something, just unprofessional SMH do better McDonald’s!
