Slowest McDonald’s on the planet when you go inside
I recently moved into the area and in 49 years I have never known a McDonalds to be this consistently terrible. Wrong food most times, terrible prep always (cold food, poor wrapping, hairs in food, etc), rude service, and literally ALWAYS a wait time of at least 20 minutes, and the two Reserve parking spots are always full with others waiting so they send you to handicap spots. All around a depressing experience, if I ever need a job I will apply for management there, my DOG could manage it better.

There has not been one time I didn't wait over 25 minutes for my food, there is clearly a management issue here the staff always seems to be exasperated. when I come inside they are usually working diligently, but everyone is still waiting forever. Every time I use the drive thru I have to pull off and wait there is almost always 1 or 2 people who are arguing with staff because food takes for ever and is still wrong. When the food is correct the quality is there, just clear leadership disconnect and communication break down.
currently been in the drive thru with a mobile order for 25 minutes and haven't even gotten to the first window there is just no good reason for it to take this long.

Arrived at 10:50, ordered two breakfast sandwiches at the drive through. 15 minutes later I received two cold breakfast sandwiches.

Early morning errands had me out and about and I took my pup (Doxie) so when I got my running around done. I was wanting something for breakfast and my little man did too. I used the drive through because I had my pup with me. Double drive through makes quick business of it too.
The food was freshly made and HOT. I HATE spending good money for cold food. The meal was fresh, hot and delicious. My Doxie will second that.
We chose 2 sausage egg biscuits and 2 hash browns I stack mine and broke down my little man's into small pieces for him. 5 Stars for breakfast for sure

Always have to park and wait for food at breakfast time in drive thru. Currently 7 cars parked and has been over 10 minutes. Not good for those on a time schedule. Why can't they get it together!?

Never in my life have i been handed a cup of orange juice with ice in it. I've worked at mcdonalds in the past we never put ice in orange juice, it comes out of the dispenser cold. Ripping people off like that. The hashbrowns were fresh though.
