Waited in the drive through for 25 minutes for my food. It came out cold and incorrect. My sprite is actually just the soda water they use to clean the machine and everytime I try to call to get a refund it says “the line is busy”
The workers were wearing dirty outdoor coats as they are handling food which is not allowed with food regulations. I’d like a call or email back and my money back because there’s just no way

Ordered a Mocha frappe (3 shots) and they gave me a cup of ice chunks, espresso, and dumped out frappe base. They aren't supposed to keep it that size (from other McDonald's I know), and they did it to fit it inside the large cup without properly mixing it. Won't go back,

took SO long to receive our food. if i hadn’t made a mobile order, i would’ve just left. actually ridiculous how long it took.
I’m sitting in the drive-thru at the speaker, and no one is answering me so I took it upon myself to call them. They answered, and I asked them why they were not greeting me while I am currently sitting at their speaker, and they proceeded to tell me that they are closed at 12:19 but Google clearly says that they’re open 24 hours but they proceeded to tell me that Google is wrong they’re not open 24 hours until March 1st! You guys have to stop hiring children seriously your establishment should be shut down. I never ever get good service from McDonalds on Saginaw Hwy it’s almost like all the terrible employees from the (shut down) Wendy’s walked across the street and got a job😂🤣 ITS A SHAME YOU CAN’T EVEN PAY PEPOLE TO WORK ANYMORE!

It was a good experience. ordered 10pc chicken nuggets with fries, The fries felt hot and fresh. The chicken nuggets were crispy and enjoyable but they forgot 2 of my nuggets not a big deal but I would have liked to have those 2 chicken nuggets. Very good food though very friendly.

Don't stop by expecting fast food. Routinely a 10-30 minute stop for basic menu items. Staff is less than monotone. Hate to leave a review like this, but this location has deserved it for a while.
