took SO long to receive our food. if i hadn’t made a mobile order, i would’ve just left. actually ridiculous how long it took.

I’m sitting in the drive-thru at the speaker, and no one is answering me so I took it upon myself to call them. They answered, and I asked them why they were not greeting me while I am currently sitting at their speaker, and they proceeded to tell me that they are closed at 12:19 but Google clearly says that they’re open 24 hours but they proceeded to tell me that Google is wrong they’re not open 24 hours until March 1st! You guys have to stop hiring children seriously your establishment should be shut down. I never ever get good service from McDonalds on Saginaw Hwy it’s almost like all the terrible employees from the (shut down) Wendy’s walked across the street and got a job😂🤣 ITS A SHAME YOU CAN’T EVEN PAY PEPOLE TO WORK ANYMORE!

It was a good experience. ordered 10pc chicken nuggets with fries, The fries felt hot and fresh. The chicken nuggets were crispy and enjoyable but they forgot 2 of my nuggets not a big deal but I would have liked to have those 2 chicken nuggets. Very good food though very friendly.

Don't stop by expecting fast food. Routinely a 10-30 minute stop for basic menu items. Staff is less than monotone. Hate to leave a review like this, but this location has deserved it for a while.

The bathroom was disgusting. The baby changing station was filthy. Plus there was weed on the top of it! Then the fries were a bit too saltly, and I like salty fries. But that was too much.

I ordered a dr peper and it seems like they added a bit of fanta orange to it so disapointed
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel in the app. When I got to work (830am), I had to start opening the store so I wasn't able to eat my food till 10am when I went to eat my bagel it was wrapped as a bacon egg and cheese bagel but it was a sausage egg and cheese bagel. I took it back and told them about the mix up and they handed me another bagel without even telling backline to make another bagel and this one was wrapped as a Steak egg and cheese bagel but it was a sausage egg and cheese bagel again. Never in my life have I seen so many mess ups, when I took my food back there was 6 other people in the lobby with messed up orders and when I was getting my food the first time at least 3 people had messed up orders, someone needs to either fire every single person in there and hire new and competent people or just shut this store down for good cause no one knows what their doing in there if I could give it no stars I would.

So how do you order online and after they had an half hour to prep still have to wait another 10 to 15 mins to get my food but four other cars got their food this is why I hate going to fast food places they are all worried about their labor being down and not taking care of the customer that came in first cause if I'm first in the drive through first I should get my food first it's first come first served not easiest meals first

Got back to Lansing super late (almost 8 pm) kids were hungry so we placed a drive thru order on the app, 4 5$ meals: once we got the food- we realized that they had given extra food that we didn't order (cool) but here the problem: they forgot my kids juice boxes that I order with 2 of the 4 5$ meals and the lettuce on the all (including the extras) McChicken were welted 🥴 but they follow instructions on plain or extra sauce and they forgot our sauces for our chicken nuggets I keep having problems at this McDonald's- but it is also the closest one to where I live so sometimes I have to suck it up- but also sometimes I want my kids to have all their food, including their drinks and I might just have to starting going to the one near Buffalo wild wings- which is super out of the way- but I haven't really had a problem with them. I gave service 4 stars bcuz we got our food quickly- but maybe to quickly 🧐. And don't get my started on the fries 🍟 - soggy, under salted, tasted like they had been out for a couple hours- just like the lettuce on the McChicken
Hopefully someone from management or owners sees this and they can correct the problem, so when I get fast food for me and my kids it is right the first time
Update: since nothing has been done and I have contacted them though the app-so hopefully something will be done!!!

Rude staff. Guy put my order on the Togo counter and I was right there before he went and hurried to walk away I said sir, and he ignored me, said sir again, and he said omfg what? Asked for a side of ranch NICELY, saying sorry I know you’re busy, and he walked away and said “omfg” and threw the ranch on the counter. For real? I know it’s stressful at times but I’ve worked fast food, restaurant, all that and you can’t treat customers like that….
