So I went to this mcdonald's today on my lunch break.And at the first window, I go to pay, the lady, goes to hand me back my card rather than putting it in my hand she looks me in my eyes and drops it in between the window and the car. She says, oh, i'm sorry with a snarky tone. Clearly, this lady just wanted to make my day bad. So I immediately got a refund. The lady should be fired.

This location always closes early when it’s convenient for them.
They’ll be at the front counter ignoring you at the speaker
On top of that they’ll having you sitting in like for cold food. The food is never hot for the wait even when you ask for it fresh.
I asked for my meal fresh I sensed an attitude amongst the back cash person. I asked if they were having a rough night he told me it’s just the front staff is going to be upset you asked for cook to order when we already broke everything down 30 mins before closing

Whoever the General Manager of this location needs to fire the night manager working on 11-11-2025 at 1800 time. Snappy thing that thinks yelling and cussing at the line assembler is appropriate? I will find out the owner and call them myself if she isn’t fired. Cussing employees out in front of customers is unacceptable behavior and creating a hostile work environment which could lead to legal repercussions for the company.

Placed mobile order to be picked up at counter. Turns out inside is closed and they just awkwardly stare at you when you try to open the door to go get your food. No words just looks. Some mornings they just aren’t open. But the app still lets you put orders in? Put your order in to find out the restaurant isn’t even open? Fun!

This is my last resort location. The ice cream/shake machine is always down... big surprise Always check your food before leaving the drive through, frequently there will be multiple missing items. A fry here a sandwich there... or both.
Second time this week getting froze out by the crew. Don't expect to skip the drive through wait by going inside. Every location in Lansing is now fully ignoring lobby if there are any more than three cars in DT.
And if that's not the case , then I need it explained how it could possibly take fifteen minutes to make a single sandwich and a six piece nugget.
I didn't get my food yesterday. I walked out of the bathroom with twenty minutes left and still didn't get my food. I had to leave hungary five dollars , lighter and angrier than I've been in months.
Forget trying to make it right, management. McDonald's as a company has just lost my business forever.
Your incompetence has been nothing short of legendary. I'm lost for words.
For even half of what's been done to me this week, I would have been fired instantly. I don't know how you still have your jobs.
So long, McDonald's. Even if you weren't charging 3 times what you have any right to for the quality of the food, you would still chase us away with the service.
