Upcharge for Coke Zero in a meal? Wow. Then to get the drink and it’s filled completely with ice…I was able to get maybe 10 sips of it before the cup was empty. Must have been low on syrup or carbonation. Plus I was made to pull forward, absolutely fine with me, but to get cold food? That’s ridiculous.

The staff is always very rude and unprofessional, and they often will let you order items on the app, just to find out when you get there that they don't have said items.
I came here on my lunch break at 6am and had an online order and had to wait in the drive-thru for 25 minutes without service and had to go back to work without the food i payed for sense I already selected here

Ridiculous, place. Get out of working night shift, go in for breakfast, and no acknowledgment. Then they mumble “use the kiosk” 10 minutes later. No one can take an order anymore? This kiosk crap is ridiculous. Especially when the employees look at you and don’t say anything for 10 minutes before forcing you to use their computer. A guy sitting in here ordered an apple pie in his order, and he was sitting for 1/2 hour because “they didn’t see the pie on his kiosk order”. Could have been a quick in and out for everyone if people just talk to people and take order like a normal person.

This mcdonalds is no good. Waste of my time, waited in the lobby for 10 minutes just to place my order. Management and associates just walk right by and go back to the kitchen to cook. I wouldn't recommend this place ever again. It seems like every time I come in here it's short staffed or the employees just don't care.
