They were out of filet and we asked to speak to a manager about our options. The waitress never got the manager. No discount, free app or dessert. We left after our salads and went elsewhere.

I had the twin lobster tails, my wife had the Mahi Mahi. There was a mix up in the meals because the items we originally ordered were not available. The manager comped us a dessert. What more could you ask for. Service was great and the happy hour was a deal. The staff was on top of everything. Enjoy!

I had ordered my food without peas and tomatoes. My food came with both at the bottom of the dish. The waitress tells me, oh I thought I saw a tomato but the chef said it was just a piece of shrimp. I am lucky to not have an allergy to either. The waitress asks if I want it remade. Ridiculous! Of course I do. I waited for my dinner as my family ate. The dish comes. At the end of the meal, the bill comes. We are charged for their mistake. The manager first said she was not taking it off since they corrected it. I said do you want it back? I didn't eat it? Such poor service. I worry about people who have allergies! This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen!
Came to Mitchell's to celebrate a friend's new job. Carly served us well. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The Shanghai Sea Bass was delicious! Although, I found the Key Lime pie to be too tart for my tastes. Overall, a great place to dine.

Let me just say, WOW. There's not too many places in the area that I would consider myself a regular, but here, I am. The bar staff is fantastic and put their customers first. I can't wait to come back, especially since I'm a Landry Select club member now.

Good clam chowder and overall menu/service is good as well. My only mention of improvement would be the variety of fish/seafood is not as extensive as I would have thought for a good seafood restaurant.

Still a good restaurant but feel like the portions have gotten smaller while being more expensive but that’s what everyone is doing. Love the Lobster Bisque but seems like there is very little Lobster now. Do like the decor and atmosphere a lot though.

The Shanghai sampler was delicious, all the flavors of sushi, with perfectly cooked scallops. We had a wonderful server who recommended the artichoke dip, and she wasn't wrong!It would be great if you could get stone crabs on the menu, but that's probably difficult in mid Michigan.

Fantastic Scallops & Risotto. Service as adequate but the waitress asked if we would like the soup or salad with our entree, implying it was included but when the bill came it was a separate charge for a salad we could have done without.

We had a lovely meal. The food was excellent and the service was pretty good. My only complaint was that I had to ask for water 3 times before the server brought it, but it was a very busy Valentine's Day evening, so I'll chalk it up to that. The service is usually excellent here.
