Their prices on the menu online doesn't match the bootleg menu prices they have out front, I understand that prices have gone up, but please update your online menu. Paid way more then I had anticipated.

Food is pretty good but service is terrible every time i call and order im given a diffrent price for the same thing i order only chicken tenders and a 6 peice And wedges, have costed me either 18, 17, or 16 dollars and that was in 1 week they had people giving different prices, and dont even try calling on the phone, iv been hung up on, yelled at or lied too. Worst part is one day they told me they didnt even sell chicken tenders and then proceded to tell me that i was a liar and to not call again after i said that i had ordered them the day before with no issue, overall food is good, wedges could use some work but the service needs be dealt with, because im sure theve lost alot of customers with this stuff.

I never really had a problem with munchies until today. I went there 10/31/2024 at 1:30pm and ordered a 3 piece chicken strip, wedges, cheese, BBQ Sauce and a SMALL peach drink. My meal came out to $12.25. My cousin went to Munchies on 10/31/2024 at 2:00pm and got the same exact thing except she got a LARGE peach drink. Her meal was cheaper than mines. When the issue was raised to the person at the counter she smirked. Idk but the prices don’t make sense to me!!!

So I went to munchies yesterday and spent $34 . On the phone I was told a 10-15 min. When I got there, I end up waiting an extra 45 minutes on top of that, so about an hour total…Theeeeeen when I get the food, it has this weird, funky smell to it and it also taste gross. Not to mention, the long feathers on the chicken. I call and asked if I could possibly just return and get a refund for my order bc we no longer were interested in the food at this that point. It literally ruined my appetite. They further explain that they do not accommodate refunds. So, with that being said, I personally will never ever eat at munchies again, and I don’t recommend anyone else to either. Highly disappointed! 🚮 #munchieschicken #lansingmichigan #review

Don't trust their menu. I looked online and sent a friend to order for me. I wanted the daily special (as it is online) mashed potatoes (as they say they have online) and potato wedges with my daily special (as stated online) and I got A chicken breast Two wings An extremely small potato salad and dinner roll. I won't go back. Gross
