Top notch Burmese food! We hunt for great Burmese places all over the USA and abroad, and this is a great one! Food quality and variety here are very good. What makes this place special are the hard working owners, we’d never met before but they were very gracious and fun to talk to, especially about cooking Burmese. They do the cooking and everything else, but service was still fairly quick. Most of their business is take out, but they had some informal outdoor seating which we used. I love Nan Gyi Thoke (“big noodle salad”) and theirs is excellent, spicy with nice chicken and sauce and big thick noodles just like one gets in Mandalay, Myanmar. So good, honestly I almost cried for joy eating it! Their Mohinga soup and Lahpet Thoke (tea leaf salad) are also authentic and so tasty. People of Lansing: while here, we met a few of you who know and love this place, but please know you have the real deal on Burmese food here, come here and try it!
Take out only, don't let restaurant confuse you with seated
Authentic food!!!!
There is nothing like a tea leaf salad, it is mind blowingly delicious. Burmese food in general never disappoints. The fried squash is an also must. So happy to have these authentic, complex flavors in Michigan
My friends swear by the garlic chicken, but the pad Thai i ordered was not what I expext it a good pad thai

Do not mistake this restaurant for anything but what it is -- one of the single best restaurants in all of Lansing. The menu is extensive, and full of things that are probably very new and exciting to most Midwesterners. There's so much to try! Prices are great, helpings are large.
The pickled tea leaf salad is one of the best things I've ever eaten. There are so many items on this menu that I love, but I will always order the pickled tea leaf salad -- it's a feast for the eyes, and is a perfectly balanced combination of umami, sour, sweet, bitter, salty -- it's perfection!
The owners are genuinely lovely humans who always make you feel welcome and valued.

Absolutely delicious! Takeout only. There is a store inside now which makes it a tad bit crowded. Roti bread is only served on Fridays and Saturdays.

The food is delicious and it's family owned, which I love. They are take out only but have a small store that has some items I love. I tried lychee aloe juice. It was my first time trying that flavor, but I loved it. They have odds and ends and items that would allow you to embrace more of their culture while getting quality odds and ends. I used my walker and was easy to get around. They have a bathroom inside. If you need to wait in your car, especially if a rough day with disability they are willing and kind enough to walk it to your car. When the young lady did, she was so quiet. We were going to go back in ten minutes but looked up and she right there holding are steaming hot food with a smile. I love seafood, and my dish was delicious. The spring rolls were amazing, and sauce is a must. They have a menu with pictures if needed as well.
Parking: In the evening there is so much parking. Only two or three cars when we were there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Might be a little tight if getting groceries, but if not, the door is not too bad. If need be, they can or, (for right now are) willing to walk it out.

Love the food, authentic and made to order, so it does take about 20 minutes. No seating at this time, so you really can't judge atmosphere. Prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of food and quality you receive.
Highly recommend!

What a gem. Unassuming, family owned but they make very good authentic food. The famous burmese tea leaf salad is unique and delicious. The pad Thai was also good, a little different from other Thai restaurants. The samosas were excellent! Highly recommend this place
