Outstanding restaurant. All food delicious. Service stall friendly and helpful. While we lived in Lansing we were there twice a week. Especially for the Sunday Buffet. Wish they would open a restaurant in Maricopa, Arizona LOL This city certainly needs it.

On Monday evening my husband and I decided to have dinner at One North with our toddler. The experience started fine. We were able to sit outside which was nice with a toddler and all, and we were seated right away. It basically went downhill from there.
About 15 minutes after being sat we had a server finally come take our drink order. At that point we’d been sitting there long enough that we also placed our food order. We didn’t see our server again. I went inside and asked another server if he could have our server bring our drinks. We had a Diet Coke and two waters. Really the simplest drink orders. So 40 or so minutes after being sat, we finally had our drinks. Our server said she would check on our food but once again, we didn’t see her.
During this time, another table was sat. Of course they had our server. She brought their drinks right away. After she brought their drinks (which she forgot the sugar for the man’s tea), she brought out our food. It had clearly been dying in the window. My son’s kids pizza had begun to have that plastic appearance mozzarella gets when it sits too long, my burger bun was horribly soggy from sitting in the sauce, and my husband’s pasta was somewhat warm. The plates were hot in certain areas, which our server warned us about, but if you know anything about this business, you know it’s because they were sitting under heat lamps too long. Honestly, it wasn’t appetizing and at that point it was just so late (we’re on toddler time) that we didn’t complain. Our kiddo needed to be fed. FYI the other table got their food mere minutes after we received ours. So I’m half convinced our server forgot to even put our food in. She simply seemed aloof and clearly cannot mange serving tables in the dining room and on the patio.
After this, I emailed the manager, Mike about our experience. I waited until today to hear back and haven’t, so here’s my review.
We will not return. I will not recommend. We were excited about going there and the atmosphere was really nice, but the food and service, even after the fact sucked.

We celebrating my brother's 50th birthday last night at One North. The food on the buffet was great, the waitresses did a fantastic job, and they had everything set up for us right on time. All of the staff was very helpful.

Nice place. Bartender was cool. Food was alright. I had the Chicken Club Wrap. It was dry and pretty bland. Id give it a 5 on a scale of 1-10. Id go back and try something else next time I'm in town.

First time coming here and the service was great very friendly but the food was not so good 😕 Caesar Salad was skimpy and dressing awful the tater tots appetizer was soggy and the tortellini with mushrooms and chicken bland and weird tasting but the turkey reuben good 👍

Was sat at a table sever passed us several times it was only 1:00 we sat their for 14 min exactly and still no service was so excited about going to eat their we eat all over Lansing I informed the nicely dressed man in the front but was very disappointed by the service very disappointed went next door to way back burger and left hefty tip for the smiles service and food was on point . DO BETTER one north
We did the Sunday brunch for 20 people celebrating two birthdays. Great variety of food & desserts for the brunch & very reasonable. The service was great too. We would highly recommend One North Lansing location.

Pork steak dinner for $19 was a joke, braised fall off the bone pork steak sounds good. What I got was a small portion of a pork steak, it couldn't have weight much more than a 1/4 lb. Very dry and covered in bbq sauce that tasted like vinegar. The best part of the meal was the mac n cheese.
