Cool spot in an easily accessible location. Staff was friendly and service was good. Can see where this would be a really fun spot in the summer with all the garage doors open.

Well it started out badly, with a reservation I made being canceled because the host misread my reservation time,luckily they weren't real busy yet,anyway the host didn't seem to care about our initial contact and seated us, 15 minutes later ,no water , no server, plenty of people in one north clothing strolling past but no service, well,I complained and management seemed genuine in their concerns and Brian our eventual server was very professional but when you drive 35 miles for a late breakfast with family and your first interaction with staff leaves much to be desired well it's hard to overlook. The food, the sweets were excellent, the breads were great too,the eggs, cold, sausage and bacon cold, biscuits and gravy cold, it was $80 for 3 buffets and 3 coffees and I've visited a couple 3 times before and it was great so maybe it was just a sucky morning for One North, but I'm the end guy in the transaction and I was bummed, expecting better....
It's now 03/10 and I decided to edit my review because of the lame way management's response to my review, it was lame,self serving and accomplished nothing , $85 for 3 brunches and 3 coffees, I don't hand out 5 star reviews all willy nilly, same for bad reviews but I'm rethinking this after their weak response and I don't want any free crap either, it just sucks to drive to Lansing for a horseshit experience

Good food. Terrible service. Every time i try going back it's the same thing. I usually sit at the bar and sit for at least 5 minutes before being greeted and ordering a drink. Then my drink sits empty for over 5 minutes before I flag the bartender down. Theres 2 bartenders today and bar seating is maybe half full.... no reason why they walk past again and again without noticing. Bdubs bartender - they have 1 - for the whole restaurant and my drink never sits empty. Just saying. Prob will stop trying to come back hoping it will get better because it doesn't. Good food, but not worth the hassle.
