Typical microbrewey with a nice added touch of a permanent food truck for decent food options. About 12 beers on tap as well as a red and white wine.

The new ordering system is one of the worst experiences. Shortly before the unannounced changes we signed up for a Mug Club membership. Within 3 visits of being members the whole operation of Ozone's was altered and not for the better. Ozone's has a super dedicated community of Mug Club Members (both new and years old), but failed to ask opinions or gather feedback of ANY of them before implementing this. I understand they don't have to. But for some, the satisfaction of being a Mug Club Member is to feel like you belong to the community and can be involved in having a say. We've been members for a bit now and still have yet to receive any communication via text or email for member events, updates, etc.

Frustrating ordering process that rarely works. Some (not all) unapproachable kitchen staff. Membership discounts that only work sometimes.

Not to mention when you order online (through a website that rarely works) you can just say you're 21 and order whatever you want. There is no age verification, purely trust system.

I really used to love Ozone's, and I WANT to continue loving it. But with the new system I don't see this happening and I'm frustrated every time I visit. It seems petty, but we won't be renewing a membership with them.

Edit: As a response to the owner, I can say that while there might be tablet; bar staff refuses to let you order. My partner went up to order a drink at the bar and was told he had to order with the QR code. When he told the bar he didn't have good signal in the building the bar staff suggested he go outside where's there's better signal. Looking at other complaints you can see other people say the same thing. Even I could order drinks at the bar, there is still the issue of needing to order food through a QR code that requires 2 factor authentication. On top of that I have to get my own silverware, my own water, and bus my own table. If I want to go out to eat (or get a drink) I don't want to go through a hassle and a half just to order, let alone do work that the restaurant should be paying a server to do.

I like going here for food, but having to order through my phone makes going to eat here a painful cumbersome chore and makes me inclined to not come here not at all. Having to order my drinks through an app when there's a bar right there feels really stupid. I want human interaction when ordering a drink or food - I don't want to interact with an app when I'm in a restaurant.

I hope they go back to a normal way of running a bar/restaurant- otherwise I don't see myself coming back or bringing friends. Having to explain you don't get any service or human interaction to a place people have never been before makes it a really hard sell.

Food is decent most of the time (if you like Caeser salads, it is not worth ordering, but their fall and Oktoberfest food specials were actually quite good). Worst part is ordering food and drinks through a site you access via your phone. Yes, ordering food at the truck and drinks inside was more inconvenient than most spots, but the website ordering is awful and horribly obnoxious. Several times that we have been recently, they will have things available on their paper menu but it's just not even listed on their site as orderable - is it out of stock? Or did they forget to update the site? Don't know! Tracking someone down to ask about it is very difficult too, unless you've ordered a drink first and ask when the drink arrives, but that is such a stupid hassle. Incredibly inconvenient. Truly longing for the days when they had separate ordering again.

Good food! Service is more bartender and food truck style. Unique experience. Huge selection of brew on tap. Highly recommend 💚💯💯

I highly recommend the fall specials, I had the pumpkin grilled cheese with prosciutto and it was fabulous.

Ya, this is a chill place. They brew several good beers. The food is a few notches better than you might expect. And their prices are reasonable.

Decent atmosphere. Your choice - hang out at the bar, at a table near the bar, in the quieter adjoining room, right outside on the covered patio, or at a picnic table or just on the grass in the field next door. All good options.

The people seemed eager to please. Not sure if it's better to scan the QR code and go thru the online ordering process or to order directly with a server when available. The online process seems to have too many steps, and you might think you placed an order when you're not done yet. Ordering with a server gets you what you want, but they aren't always available, and they had a lot of trouble splitting our tab. The wait time for some of our food was maybe a skosh longer than anticipated.

SO- very chill, great food, good prices, good beer. A little stumble on the human-technology interaction

I've been going to Ozone's for trivia weekly for a few months now. Honestly I would have given them 5 stars up until this week. I know the new system is something that the brewery is still adapting to, but it definitely doesn't feel like it's meeting the message we're being given that it's to 'better serve us.'

The first week was a little chaotic with it as was to be expected, but we were willing to work with it. A member of our party was unable to order via the QR code and they let them order at the bar. This week however when they went up to order the staff at the bar got quite snippy and told them no. They did let them order one beer, but then closed out their tab refusing to provide another. It was inconvenient, but someone else at the table just had to order for them.

Overall I feel like it can't be easier for the food truck since your eliminating the flow of traffic that allowed orders to come in one at a time and essentially opening the opportunity for the entire restaurant to submit orders at the same time. Also it just feels odd having wait staff who only bring drinks, but not offering to clear tables, get more drinks or get water. That is all still a self service.

At this point it seems silly to even have the bar staffed with more than one person even on a busy night if they're just pouring beers.

We've decided we'll be taking a break from our weekly visits for a while, and maybe give them a few months to work out the kinks in the new system before we try again.

It’s very hard to rate because they are in a transitional phase that I don’t think is very good. They want to be a restaurant, yet they want their patrons to get their own water and clear their own tables! And somehow still expect a huge tip! Like WTH!! I’m surprised I don’t have to cook my own food! I mean come on! If you want a tip then I expect service! I shouldn’t have to get anything! Or I would just stay home! I had to ask for silverware! Seriously!

Amazing beers to try. Forward Grind stout is my favorite. Food is excellent too. All the beers seem to end on a refreshing note and nothing lingering bitter.
