Birria tacos were very tasty as was the taco dinner. Not sure what they put in the beans but my husband never eats them normally and snarfed these. Rice was super flavorful as well and the service was great! So sad we're not local.

Over our last few visits, we’ve encountered a very rude and argumentative waitress. As it turns out, she's actually the owner. Instead of welcoming guests, she picks arguments over small things like how you refer to menu items. For example, correcting customers over a simple wording choice isn’t just unnecessary—it’s unprofessional.
One of the most off-putting policies is the “one basket of chips” rule. For a Mexican restaurant, that’s already a strange limitation, but what really stands out is how rudely it's enforced.
Today was the last straw. My wife has strict dietary needs and cannot consume sugary or artificial drinks, so she brought a Zevia (a health-conscious soda). The owner insisted it wasn’t allowed per the health department, which is simply untrue. If it were outside alcohol, sure—but this was a non-issue turned into an uncomfortable debate. I tried to explain, and instead of showing any empathy or flexibility, she doubled down with, “Well, it’s my restaurant.”
And that’s exactly the problem. It is her restaurant—and her rude, combative attitude has ruined it for us. We’re a regular party of 5–6 people, not a $10 tab. But we won’t be back, and we won’t be recommending this place to anyone else.
When you’re in the service industry, how you treat people matters. We’ve lost all respect for how this business is being run.

Giving 5 stars because of the attentive friendly service and the cleanlines of the dining room, someone was washing tables while we dined, dining room spotless leads me to believe the kitchen is clean too Had the cleanliness+ service not been top shelf would have gone 3 stars on the food LOVED their tacos Didnt care for the sweet pork chunks on the tostada and I had 2 chunks of fat in 2 back-2-back bites Rice was VERY bland can see it in the color 5 chicken toquitos were perfectly fried+crunchy Warm chips were homemade, salsa tasted homemade too--appreciate that Last but not least loved the bright interior and wall mural
