When a food place closes at 10, that means the kitchen closes at 10, not 9:35. If you want to turn customers away because you have no food and are lazy, don't work in the food business. I've worked at restaurants and in fast food. The kitchen closes when the establishment closes, and then you close the kitchen and clean up. Shear laziness closes the lobby at 9 and the kitchen almost 30 minutes before close. I've worked 2 hrs past close to keep the kitchen open then clean up. Then they tried to offer us a 10% discount on egg rolls because they had no food left. Go ahead and waste it/throw it away because 10% on an egg roll that's going in the trash is ridiculous. Such a waste of time trying to get dinner on the way home I will never be at this location again. Lazy employees will cost the establishment money.

Service is beyond incredible! Super friendly and enthusiastic from the food ordering, cooks to cashiers! We return for the service alone the food is very great too but the customer service is unmatched! (Night shift staff before close specifically) but daytime is nice as well

The service was not so good behind the counter they messed up her order they fixed it and we got home and they messed it up again but I think it's just a problem with staff as far as hiring but I enjoy the food it was good not excellent not very warm that was this time I've never had a problem before this I would go again and I would suggest it to my friends and family

This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. The food is fantastic and they give you huge portions- for $10 I can get a plate which has two entrees and a large side. I easily turn it into two meals. It's an excellent price and value and the food is delicious!

Lobby says open until 10 PM. Turned away before 9:30 PM, as we were trying to make a takeout order because the drive through was EXTREMELY slow. They asked us to use the drive through. Then 2 female workers were laughing over it. Horrible establishment. Chose to spend my money elsewhere and will never return.
Awful experience, don't even bother trying to call, no one answers the phone. Did not allow me to cancel my order and charged me $27 for an order I never even received.

Tonight I can through the drive thru and not only tonight but wherever I do there is this one employee who is very compassionate and kind and makes sure you are heard and seen and treated amazingly . Employee name was Lilliana r she always gets our food done Quick and efficiently and always fresh. Unfortunately, tonight, I witness her manager, treat her terribly in front of other staff members and customers over how Liliana treated a customer who was already being very rude and unkind screaming through the drive thru at her although she didn’t respond in a bad manner but with closing the window to avoid the verbally abusive that was given to her, I was very shocked on how management handled the situation when the drive through person wasn’t at fault tonight. I witness this from the drive thru window. Lilliana still treated me fairly and kind after this incident although I feel no staff should be treated in such an away. I am hoping this review shows how sweet this employee was even when treat bad she still made sure she gave customer satisfaction and still went above and beyond. My food was amazing and I hope this young lady has a wonderful night and a better day. (Was not manager Sara as I usual know who that is since I come in so often with my family and kids and she had greeted me and served me when she staff were busy many times)
