I have never had such an amazing experience at a Panda Express! I stopped by late at night after driving from Detroit in the cold, snowy weather. I was immediately greeted with amazing customer service from Israh. What an amazing young lady, with such great customer service skills and a wonderful, helpful heart! Israh made my night!

Overheard one of the managers openly disrespecting one of his employees, I understand it was busy and stressful but you’ve got no right to speak to an employee like that. Food was good service was fast but he needs to fix his attitude and treat people with respect

Accessing the restaurant from the mall is inconvenient, requiring to exit the mall and then re-enter on Lake Lansing.

The dual drive-thru order areas seem unnecessary, as the staff struggles to manage them efficiently. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru, I still had to pull into the waiting area to collect my entire order. If you change your mind the Drive-thru design traps customers, making it hard to exit with cars in front and behind. The parking lot is cramped.

The food quality has declined. Portion sizes are smaller and the signature orange chicken tastes different from other locations.

Worst panda express ever, stay away. Dont spend a dollar, i waited 25 minutes for my order and after that waiting time she said “we didnt start working on it” no thanks to you

I did an online order, there wasn’t a line in the drive through… one person. So when I got up to the speaker… I was told it wasn’t ready. Okay, I’ll just wait in the line. They said I could drive around or come in? I usually just wait my turn in line….so I went inside… waited in the walk in line… explained the situation and they were rude? Said that’s how it works… that they were busy. I totally understand, I waited in both lines to be serviced… they acted like I asked the whole world just to act like I was a walk in? It was just an odd and weird experience? Just put me in the line when you’re servicing WALK INS? Left the same time as someone who was a walk-in?
When the manager asked if I was taken care of, employees spoke over me to respond.

I totally understand the service industry, and normally I’m not one to complain when it’s fast food.

So heads up, just walk in and never mention using their handy app. Also got home and I have 1.5 pieces of meat. Honestly. Changing this review to one star.

Friendly suggestion: This location needs to be closed for a week of training for the kitchen staff.

I just ordered grilled Teriyaki Chicken that is barely browned. I am afraid to eat it. The fried rice has never been prepared properly since opening. The food here is nothing like the other 3 locations.

After two bad experiences, I just kept going to Okemos location and figured people at Eastwood would be trained and it would get better.... it isn't better. It's extremely disappointing.

I can't be the only person who has shared this.

We’ve been to this location 3 times now. The first time the noodles and rice were hard and cold, not seasoned and sooo dry. The second time was during the day, we requested to do 2 orders, food was ok, noodles and rice were still dry as a mf. We WERE able to do 2 orders that said day. Skip to tonight, okay, yeah, were there at 10:22 pm BUT the kitchen was already closed, I’d personally say wait until 10:30 to close your kitchen down, there is people like us, sorry not sorry. The lady also said “we’re not allowed to do 2 separate orders, you’ll have to come back through” okay well you tell us this BEFORE you tell us you have hardly any rice or chicken left. Overall… solid 1/10.

The lack of customer service at this location is heartbreaking. When it is fast food a reasonable wait it expected but when you order and pay am to get placed in a parking spot with being told it will only be a couple minutes. Now 17 minutes after being told to pull to a spot the food has still been brought out to the car. The 20 minutes before I had to go back inside to get my order was insane with no warning.
