This location is consistently slow. It’s a quick easy stop on the way home, but it’s constantly a let down. They’re always out of everything and tell you to pull ahead where you sit for 10+ minutes and then have to go get it yourself anyway. I’ve complained but no one cares.

When I went through drive through order White steamed rice and 3 dishes, I was told that the steak and mushroom dish had to wait 7 minutes. After I park to wait the 7 minutes, I ended up getting fried rice instead of white steamed rice. I decided to call the store since they were busy. I was told they were out of White steam rice and that was why I got fried rice, was never told that at drive thru. Employee didn't seem to care about the mistake said I get a free side if I come by tomorrow. What a joke!

I was told the mushroom chicken would take 10 minutes, so I said I didn’t want to wait and asked for beef broccoli instead. With chow mein. Little did I know, because the worker didn’t inform us, there was ALSO a wait for the chow mein. I waited for over 15 minutes. Not happy whatsoever.

I love Panda Express. They’re always polite and have the food ready to go. My problem is that I pick a time that I want to get the food and they fill the order 30 minutes early, so it’s already sitting by the time I get it. I would suggest not offering this service if the intention is to fill every order asap.

Good dining option in the area. Food is typical for the brand, which is delicious for my taste. My personal favorite is orange chicken with rice or vegetables. Beef with broccoli or chicken with broccoli are also really good, if you looking for something non breaded. Prices are very competitive, employees are polite and service is prompt.
I personally had a great experience! Ordered online, got there maybe 3 minutes early deliberately (want it HOT). Sat, observed a clean environment, staff getting along and working as a team. Was politely handed my order and bounced.
Got home, food piping hot temperature wise. Everything was excellent! To-go containers PACKED! Felt I got good value considering I had decent leftovers which were as good next day!
I ordered: Bigger plate(1 main, 3 sides sides) Chow mein, mushroom chicken, honey sesame chicken breast, black pepper chicken, super greens. 3 chicken egg rolls.

Last 2 times I tried to get their orange chicken it tasted awful and tasted nothing like I was used to. So I decided to go in the store this time to sample it and make sure it didn’t taste bad this is when the worker informed me that they had changed the sauce on the orange chicken. Orange chicken is the only thing I get from there and now it tastes awful so I’ll not be returning.
