Bad customer service from Matthew tonight. He gave me my food but forgot my sauce and chopsticks so I tried getting his attention. He looked at me several times but ignored me for at least 5 minutes before asking what I needed. I could've been long gone if he wouldve just asked the first time he looked at me. Also apparently they dont have sweet and sour sauce? Or was that a lie?

Don't eat here I ordered 22 dollars worth of food last night got home and my food was not fully cooked I called the store and explain to the manager my order was not correct she informed me to return to the store with in a week to get my order replace next day once my kids got home from school I went back to panda to get my replacement order the Chinese manager gave me and hard time given me my replacement order she refused to give me refund after say she wasnt trying to give me my correct order she threat to call the cops in me all because the manager I talk to last night didn't write my name in the book highly don't recommend this location super unprofessional 👎👎👎

My coworkers and I get panda 2-3 a week for lunch and has always been good until today. We were met at the counter by a gentleman and I just said the phone number on the order as we do every other time, I was cut off and he said “I don’t care about that I need actual proof” so I pulled up the email showing that my order was ready for pickup and that wasn’t good enough. So I opened the app and showed him the order and everything
 still not good enough for him and he kept being super rude. I asked for a manager and he just said take it!!!! Then tossed the food on the counter as it almost fell off the other side onto the ground. Very unprofessional and somthing needs to be done about this.

I didn’t eat but I was picking up an order for someone and Audrey a young girl with glasses needs a raise. She doesn’t stop moving and she keeps a smile on her face!!! She is so sweet and a real customer service representative!! There should be more people like her!!!

Ordered here the green beans and chicken and they gave me no meat, called in told can’t normally replace without receipt but they would, he stated he wasn’t a manager but next thing to. Said he wrote my name down. Go in lady states she’s the manager and she isn’t allowing it. Make sure to get your receipt, they won’t take the transaction off phone for debit transactions. Horrible customer service.

Fast pace, LEDs everywhere, where the chopsticks are wood and the forks are plastic, not also wooden. Looks just like every other Panda Express I've been too. It has okay food my broccoli was not steamed making it extra crunchy. Great people very polite.

The pricing is not bad. Just I'm not an expert by any stretch, something, tells me it's as authentic as Taco Bell.

How can you run out of Styrofoam plates? It’s crazy now that I only have a small portion, and it won’t fill me up. Horrible service from this place!!

Ordered online through their app, got the wrong food and no drink delivered to my house. The container even has a sticker that says Brooklyn M.

Then I call them, they answer and say that their phone is broke so they cant hear me.

Went to the Panda express at 5:50 pm to place a Take out order. The first order was a small white rice with broccoli. I was informed they had no white rice. That's like McDonald's has no frys. I left without placing the other orders
