Food was below average. I got some Mongolian beef, and it was 10% beef to 90% onions.... sad that I had to dig around for beef. Customer service is something they need to work on too. I order take out and they didn't even provide silverware, like how do you expect me to eat? With hands? Overall, I do not recommend anyone going here.

Ordered online, picked up in person. The crab Rangoons were very good; perfectly crispy, generously filled, and they gave a HUGE container of sauce to go with them. Yum! The combos were smaller than I expected, but a good normal dinner size. I was still able to save half for the next day. The food was still steaming when I got it home and opened it, which was a really nice thing to be so warm. The sesame chicken was really good, nice and crispy and coated in sauce. Some pieces were huge, some were tiny - I enjoyed the mix. The chicken lo mein was very greasy, almost too greasy. That's pretty much the only negative comment I can say. The portion was huge as you can see. Fried rice was alright; it's just plain in the combo platter so nothing to write home about but can't complain either! The inside of the restaurant is a little weird, since they closed dine-in seating. Looks a little creepy but who cares. The fact that this place has online ordering plus they're open on weekends when the other local place is not, means we will definitely be back!

Food was rubbery and sizes are small. Their fried rice is just soy sauce rice with no veggies or anything in it. They filled up the bowls with rice leaving small space for giant, rubber pieces of chicken! Don't do it
Just ordered shrimp in lobster sauce and it tastes disgusting. I’ve asked to make it spicy but they didn’t. The lady who answered the phone said cook sometimes forgets to make it spicy. I told her the food tasted plain, no flavor at ALL and I was not satisfied. She told me I could come in and they can add spices. I told her my lunch hr was over and I could not leave again. I asked for a refund but of course she refused. Horrible food and customer service.

I placed an online order. The person called me after I placed the order. I have different area code so she wanted to make sure that I knew the restaurant was in Lansing which I thought was nice. I used to work in restaurant so I saw people order food but be in entirely different area because they ordered wrong location.I got there few minutes early so was taking to the woman at register who called me. I think she was manager or owner. She seems really nice and cool as we talked for few minutes while my food was being madeFood was very good. It was fresh and they give pretty good portions. Food was bagged well where nothing was crushed or made mess. Overall it was very good experience

I love their food. Good Chinese is a lil hard to come by. Especially when it comes to the way alot of different places make the crab ragoons. They deliver and it's no hassle the food is hot still and the flavor is perfect in every way. I highly recommend Panda Gourmet. I'm def going to be keeping them on my top 5 list of places.

I ate a happy family that I got with delivery. It was OK. Not the best happy family I've ever had and not at the worst either. Came with one only one soy sauce packet and a Chinese fortune cookie. No crackers no other sauce.
