Whoever works here does not know the difference between arugula and basil. Everytime i order the garden caprese melt, I select no arugula, but yes basil and eveytime i get my food it either has no greens at all, or a single arugula leaf for the whole sandwhich.

Order a BLT as is on the menu and got literally bacon bits and tomato on bread. What even? Paying $9 for a sandwich that is not even what it is listed as on the menu is crazy.

I’ve received the original max and cheese overcooked multiple times, majority of the time they will remake it if you ask. Today I received it overcooked again, asked for a remake and ten seconds later handed us another (different) bowl that was even more over cooked than the first one. These employees don’t take the time to do anything correctly.

I rarely ever write reviews, but I felt obligated to write one for this Panera because it seems to me the reviews are skewed in the negative on Google for some reason. I go to this Panera all the time because the food is great, service as well, and it's clean.

Major management issues! Took 40 minutes for a grilled cheese. The cashier refused to sell my daughter a cinnamon roll from the case right next to her because they were too busy. No one was in line behind her. Why only two people working on a Sunday? Then, why is the restaurant filthy? This much filth doesn't accumulate in a day or two. Gross!

Restaurant is absolutely filthy with trash on floor, food smashed into carpets and crumbs on table tops. The cook as a horrible attitude and instead of helping to solve a problem (like my order being wrong) she tells me to go talk to the girl working up front, who has a line backed up to the door waiting to order. Management is clearly the problem here. Do better.

The dining room was disgustingly dirty. The employees were not happy to be there. I haven’t eaten at this location for several years. It used to be very nice.

Ordered pick 2 for my wife and I. They put the soup on the counter, waiting for the sandwiches. 20 minutes later, her sandwich was made, 20 minutes later, my sandwich was ready. We had to eat separately, and both our soups were cold. She had already finished her soup, I took mine back for hotter soup, and right out of the container, it was barely lukewarm. $24 to eat separately. Not going back.

My order was over 10 minutes late, it didn't even show leaving the restaurant till after the delivery time! There was no pickle and no spoon for the soup. When I finally got my order delivered the glass the tape was only on one side, leaving it unsecured, along with the bag and straw wrapper smelt of very potent majuarana. Not only were things missing, late, but poor delivery that made for an major disappointment for trying Panera's delivery service.
