Coffee, latte, and soup were all lukewarm. Microwave had sign warning not to heat up in their cups and bowls. Sandwich and soup orders were mixed up. The bread that came with the soup was stale. They were out of Autumn Squash soup. Sandwich filling was out of proportion to the size of the bread. The vegetables in the cream of chicken soup were undercooked. This was an extremely overpriced, lousy meal.

Do not go to this restaurant. The customer service is non existent. Every employee just stares at you when you come in and waits for you to say something, no greeting or smiles. The food has gone way downhill and not once but twice now they've given me the half sandwich and small cup of soup when I order full for both. This is all based on 3 visits in the past few months not just one. My last visit is was waiting to pick up my order and I went to use the restroom. They keep it locked and make you beg for a key like a child. Restrooms should be open for all ppl customers and non customers it's a right not a want. And ppl working and delivering don't have a choice of where to go during work most times. What a disgrace

The bathroom doors have a key code on them. You need to get the daily code from a staff member at the register. The men's and women's have different codes. Make sure you get the code before leaving the counter. The counter is not staffed at all times so you may have to wait. The bathrooms are in extreme need of cleaning. Overall the food is still on par with other locations but for me I would get take out not eat in.

My friends sandwich came out with grease and cheese on the top (French roll), so much that it would have gotten all over her hands. So she walked up to the kitchen window and asked the chef for a new piece of top bread. After 10 minutes of confusion he returned to the window to tell her that his manager wouldn't allow a new piece of bread. She would have to wait for a whole new sandwich. We waited another 10+ minutes for her new sandwich WHICH WAS ALSO TOPPED WITH GREASE AND CHEESE. She did her best to clean it with her napkin. I've got the pictures and time stamps to prove it.

The food was fine & prepared relatively quickly. However, the restaurant was dirty! There were not that many people there, most of the tables were empty, there were not busy at all, but every single table was covered in crumbs, some having trash & dishes still there. The floor was equally grid, covered in crumbs, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. I will not come back.

This Panera used to be the best. What happened did you hire a new manager wow. Bathrooms have codes, they are still dirty, no hand soap no paper towels and the hand dryer barely works. The toilet keeps running. No napkins. Would not go back or recommend. They should shut this store down.
