Normally I think the staff at this location are some of the best in the state. This morning I ordered the oatmeal with strawberries and pecan crunch. Out of strawberries. Ok. I was offered a substitute of bananas. Then was told I’d have to pay extra WHY?! you are already giving me a product lacking an ingredient without lowering the price But you want to charge me MORE? I spoke to 3 people and got the same answer Very disappointed

Sooo good and quick! I ordered from my app so I get points towards rewards like half off my cookie! Butternut squash soup and fiesta chicken salad with ranch. A pumpkin cookie and diet coke. And a side baguette bread of course! Yum!

They were very rude to me girl otp. They acted like she had to tell her personal health conditions to the staff js to get a free side they offer. The bread was stale and the sandwich was dry.

Make sure they hear your rewards number or they will make you repeat it three times then tell you that you were repeating it rudely. When you get to the window they will charge you full price and when you question if they got your rewards they will be extremely rude.

Twice now I have ordered and the soup just seems to be thrown in the bag. Used to put them into holders so they wouldn't spill. Twice now we have lost 1 soup each time...soup spilled and bag ripped. Makes me wonder why I keep going here. Need to rethink this.
The girl who took our order was rude. She did not listen. She was disrespectful..I don't know where she was in her head but it wasn't there. It took two times ordering the food as once she handed me my receipt it was totally different than what I said. I was there on 9/6 just prior to noon.She acted like the job was beneath her. I did not critique her or complain as she clearly would not have taken this well..Maybe suited for a position in the back or cleaning the dining area which could have used it as it was filthy.

I just love when the cashier at Panera Bread ask you if you are a part of the rewards program and then ask you if you want a apple, bag of chips, or bread with your order. Sometimes different locations do forget to ask and they just give you whatever they want to give you. But not this young lady and not this time, thank you so very much I do appreciate you

This by far is one of the worst Panera bread locations. There have been multiple times where I had to wait (over 30 minutes) through the drive-through to get my food. They also tend to get my order wrong.
