My boss and I sat here for 2 full day, writing evals. We just walked in and grabbed our spot without problem. Unlimited coffee was wonderful. I love the broccoli cheddar soup!! Bathrooms were clean. Overall, had a great experience at this location!!

It's exactly what you'd expect from a Panera. My orders are always correct and they are completed in a reasonable amount of time.
I have been an active rewards member and customer of Panera since I was in highschool. The customer service I received today was so below average I may never eat at this particular location again. My food was prepared incorrectly the first time I called to let an employee know and to also see what options I had. She gave two options that weren’t anywhere near what your receipt says about “ we’ll make it right just let us know”. Ask if I could return my salad and get the correct one made she tells me I either have to come today or I can’t get anything at all. Please remember I am now at work and have to come all the way back to the establishment to make this right. She was very combative over the phone so it didn’t shock me how combative and uncomfortable she was when I was in her presence she basically tried to give me a bullshit salad that was half thrown together and then says “ that’s how they’re made” as if I don’t eat that same salad often and from this exact location. The lady that Rang me out initially was very sweet and kind and made a simple mistake by placing an order for the incorrect salad. However, the manager lady I assume that’s who she is as she was wearing different colored clothing than the others. Began to try and argue after I simply addressed how tossed together the “new” salad was I then just asked for my refund she began looking nervous as if I was going to harm her for my money back or something it was an uncomfortable situation for me because of course being African American I am expected not to know how to act in public which shame on them for not treating someone who spends their hard on money here often well. Will not be back I will drive 30 minutes to another location before this one.

Expensive food with chinsey meat on the sandwiches. All bread. "Where's the beef?" - meaning there isn't much meat & cheese between the 2 pieces of giant bread.
The soup is alright. Eh, on the deserts. You're too Overpriced to cheap people out like that. I feel exactly the same every time I'm unfortunate enough to have to come here.

Couldn't handle lunch rush
