Ate here today. I've been to all 4 Panera restaurants in the Lansing area and my opinion is that the Cedar location is the BEST! Great salad and employees! Clean and welcoming seating area! I will always recommend this location over the others.
Everything was good.
Incredible customer service. No pressure to use their services and still provided expert opinion and potential next steps.

Always short staffed. Used dishes piled at trash containers. Outside trash receptacles over flowing. The restaurant hasn't been here very long, but it just looks tired on the inside, like it hasn't been kept up and cleaned well.
I’ve never left a review in my life, but I felt this was needed. I usually have a great experience dining in at this location, but my recent pickup order was unexpectedly disappointing. I placed an order at 1:16 PM with an estimated pickup time of 1:45 PM. I arrived once the order was marked “Ready” on the screen with my name clearly displayed. I even spelled it out for the staff member helping me, yet he claimed he didn’t see my order. His coworker eventually pointed out that he had my ticket in his hand the entire time. It had been sitting ready for 15 minutes, and I received no apology for the delay or confusion, just other staff saying “it’s been a long day”. The staff member was a white man with long light brown hair, in case that helps identify who was involved.
To top it off, I ordered a Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad… and they forgot the chicken.
This was a frustrating experience from start to finish, especially given how consistently positive my visits have been in the past.
Been here 3 times, every time they take over 1/2 an hour to bring order out Not being exaggerated. Literally over 30 minutes
The last few times I've been to this location has been beyond disappointing. My salad to go, the full version is barely enough to cover the bottom of the container. Wrong dressing was provided. I will spend my money elsewhere going forward.

This location feels like a cafeteria.
Stopped in for some soup after a movie.
We were utterly ignored by staff behind the counter, and we had to use the kiosk, which is obnoxious. Kiosk ordering is awful in general, and seeing Panera force it on customers, and then be asked for a tip on screen, is infuriating.
There was no service. They didn't provide any butter (or knife) for the bread and gave us plastic soup spoons.
And then came the almost $5 price for a single cookie.
The atmosphere was awful and we couldn't wait to leave. We won't be back ever again.

I ordered my lunch from door dash I usually get a salad and this is the first time I have been to this location and I got very sick from the food. My salad had slimey old lettuce mixed into it, the chicken you could tell was frozen and thawed to put into the salad. My fruit cup had old fruit in it. The tomatoes and onions in my salad were old. I don’t think I will ever order food from this location again.

This is the worst Panera Bread in existence. After ordering a box of hazelnut coffee, the plastic cover fell inside of the box and they did NOTHING to rectify the situation. Terrible standards and service. Please do not go here!

In town for soccer and ate here twice in-person in one month. Worse than most Paneras I have been to. Food takes a long time to come out and many dirty tables and chairs. Both times I had to wipe down a table myself. Not super friendly.
Usually really love going to Panera and this location specifically. I ordered online through the app to have my lunch delivered since i was very busy with work. I ordered using a coupon for pick 2 and a pastry. When I recieved the order I had 2 bags of chips with my soup and pastry, no sandwich I ordered. I tried calling the location, NO ONE answers the phone. I wanted my sandwich or a refund.
Corporate customer service can only offer me a coupon for my next visit.

First I ordered from Grubhub. I was told the pastry I ordered was out of stock. I told them to just substitute it for a different pastry. I was told they would not do that, so I cancelled my entire order and placed another order with a different pastry item through the Panera website. I had to wait an additional hour for them to deliver my food to me, which was already annoying, but THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME MY PASTRY, which was the entire reason that the order took so long in the first place. I tried to call the restaurant, but they never answered.
The GM Maya went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of when we found out our delivery order wouldn't be able to include everything we ordered. Her communication was top notch, she was friendly, and she made the situation more than right by us!
