Super slow and no wrappers for bread/bagels and no spoon for soup and no butter despite requesting.
Consistently terrible service. I’ve paid for a bread bowl on multiple visits and never received it, and they don’t bother to refund or adjust the price. Today the drive-thru worker was rude, kept interrupting me, and tossed me a bag of bread without a word. Meanwhile, there were at least five employees just standing in a line talking while we sat waiting in the drive-thru. Customer service here is non-existent.

Ice machine has been broken for over a month. Pop has no carbonation. Mountain Dew, Dr. Pepper and Pepsi always taste flat. Have to drive farther away to another Panera to get a normal tasting pop! Ridiculous!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at Panera. Not only did my order take over 15 minutes for a cup of tomato soup and half grilled cheese. My grilled cheese was NOT grilled it was microwaved. It was the worst grilled cheese I’ve ever had. No napkins or silverware were in the bag. He gave us our bag and closed the window.

I am absolutely bummed! This place is a mess. The one here in Lansing Mi by target. You all should be ashamed of your work ethic. Making people wait 20 minutes for their food. The service is lacking serious courtesy and people skills. Teenagers and management are terrible. Almost always missing my items I am paying a pretty decent price for. And going home to find missing items of a terribly made sandwich that looks like slop!!! Trash! Please CORPORATE! Just go ahead and drive through undescized and order at 12:00 or 1:00. And see the representation of your company falling incredibly short. I love Panera. But this one needs to have jobs taken away and replaced with staff that has people skills and actually can keep up and REMEMBER THEIR OWN MENU!! Corporate do something!

I think this one needs to be shut down until you all really figure out the management situation here because just the simple fact that there’s no greeters when you’re at the window for about 10 minutes l Unprofessional she still never said hi when I was at the window never said oh I’m sorry you wait And then Continue to take her time
Consistently the Slowest service I’ve ever had at a drive thru. You would be better off driving home and making your own food.

Corporate needs to close this location permanently. Guests should NOT be allowed to sit in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. They should be told to pull ahead as other orders are ready. I checked in with the drive thru, told me my order was ready. I get to the window and then they tell me it’s not. Panera is a sandwich place. It should not be 40+ minutes for food.

this store is not running correctly everytime i go in here the manger Miya is always mad , always giving attitude to her employees , one day i was getting my food made by one of the ladies and she walked out and came back with 7 brew … this is not very acceptable . The young lady at the front is always doing good and always doing her job love that for her but how the general manager ways is set up I don’t think she should ever take that role again ! Miya don’t put in your availability or your time off one of the young man’s mothers just came in not to long ago and she was nowhere to be found because she know the stuff she do is wrong and you can b a new hire and she will just pick n pick instead of correcting you Or warning you

Panera has always been my go to place. However, I am very disappointed in their service. Nine out of ten times my order is wrong or something is missing when I check my order before leaving. When I use the drive-thru I have to drive all the way back when it's wrong. By the time I waste gas and my time to go back to the store to have it corrected, it's just not worth going to Panera anymore. I'll miss it but it's not worth it, bye Panera.

Probably better operated Paneras nearby. So only recommend a stop if you absolutley have to.
