This location feels like a cafeteria.
Stopped in for some soup after a movie.
We were utterly ignored by staff behind the counter, and we had to use the kiosk, which is obnoxious. Kiosk ordering is awful in general, and seeing Panera force it on customers, and then be asked for a tip on screen, is infuriating.
There was no service. They didn't provide any butter (or knife) for the bread and gave us plastic soup spoons.
And then came the almost $5 price for a single cookie.
The atmosphere was awful and we couldn't wait to leave. We won't be back ever again.

I ordered my lunch from door dash I usually get a salad and this is the first time I have been to this location and I got very sick from the food. My salad had slimey old lettuce mixed into it, the chicken you could tell was frozen and thawed to put into the salad. My fruit cup had old fruit in it. The tomatoes and onions in my salad were old. I don’t think I will ever order food from this location again.

This is the worst Panera Bread in existence. After ordering a box of hazelnut coffee, the plastic cover fell inside of the box and they did NOTHING to rectify the situation. Terrible standards and service. Please do not go here!

In town for soccer and ate here twice in-person in one month. Worse than most Paneras I have been to. Food takes a long time to come out and many dirty tables and chairs. Both times I had to wipe down a table myself. Not super friendly.
Usually really love going to Panera and this location specifically. I ordered online through the app to have my lunch delivered since i was very busy with work. I ordered using a coupon for pick 2 and a pastry. When I recieved the order I had 2 bags of chips with my soup and pastry, no sandwich I ordered. I tried calling the location, NO ONE answers the phone. I wanted my sandwich or a refund.
Corporate customer service can only offer me a coupon for my next visit.

First I ordered from Grubhub. I was told the pastry I ordered was out of stock. I told them to just substitute it for a different pastry. I was told they would not do that, so I cancelled my entire order and placed another order with a different pastry item through the Panera website. I had to wait an additional hour for them to deliver my food to me, which was already annoying, but THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME MY PASTRY, which was the entire reason that the order took so long in the first place. I tried to call the restaurant, but they never answered.
The GM Maya went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of when we found out our delivery order wouldn't be able to include everything we ordered. Her communication was top notch, she was friendly, and she made the situation more than right by us!

I ordered two Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwiches, and I swear, they sent me the ‘Tiny Hands’ edition. I’m talking about a single, lonely bite-sized bread slice, three little shreds of chicken playing hide-and-seek, and just a whisper of sauce like they were rationing it for the apocalypse. Also, not a single leaf of cilantro in sight! This is my favorite sandwich, so trust me—I know what it should look like. Instead, I got a meal fit for a toddler’s tea party. 1/10, would’ve had a more satisfying experience ordering off the kids menu.

I kid you not this is the nastiest panera experience i had ever had. Trash everywhere, pop spilled on the ground, on the pickup counter, most or the tables were dirty, and even the trash bins are covered in untouched, dirty dishes and there was trash on the bathroom floors along with human feces on the toilet. Disgusting. There was no syrup in the pop dispenser, our food came out wrong literally a chicken bacon rancher without the bacon... like it's only a few ingredients man. Service was ok. Definitely not somewhere we will be going again.

I needed a break from cooking one evening and I knew Panera would be perfect for a light dinner on a cool and crisp fall night. Being the best Panera in the Lansing area, it did not disappoint! The chicken chipotle sandwich was delicious and my husband enjoyed his chicken Caesar salad. The manager, Cooper, was so kind in accommodating our request for additional condiments. The vibe of the kitchen staff was kind and friendly. My favorite Panera for a reason!

I ordered chicken and wild rice soup on line at 11:57 a.m., requesting a 12:40 p.m., pick up I received an alert at 12:34 that the order was ready. After waiting in the drive through line for approximately 15 minutes, I get to the check out only for the male to tell me that he does not know why the website let me order as they ran out of the chicken and wild rice soup earlier in the morning. I asked for a refund, so he told me it would take up seven business days. I said okay..... can you offer a complimentary something for not having what I ordered, yet sending me emails that my order is ready in addition to me wasting my 1/2 lunch time. So I then ask the rustic potato soup and he said yeah we can do that. Next thing I know the manager (assuming) tells me that they refunded the money and it will take 3-5 business days. I said okay what about the rustic potato soup, and she said what about it, I said the male that was at the window initially told me could "give" me the rustic potato soup. She looked annoyed and told him in a tone " go ahead and fix her the soup". She then walked away. I don't feel like I had to asked for something complimentary, they should have offered. At any rate this is two cents. I couldn't give more that one star because of her attitude and the way he look dumb founded as if he did not tell me that. Communication is key.

I don't know what happened to this location. But recently there's a longer than usual wait and items are sold out, before lunch even.

Service is usually very very slow, though staff is always kind and apologetic. I am writing this review while waiting to pick up my food right now 😢

HORRIBLE service!! AVOID the one on S. Cedar!! They are slooooow even when there's no one in there. I waited too long for a soufle and a drink cup. When I asked about my order, the girl argued with me claiming my name was on the order display, which it wasn't... after all that waiting, I didn't get my order

Ordered online and picked up. Staff was friendly enough, food tasted okay, but order was not at all as specified. Ordered a sandwich with extra bacon and extra avocado. Didn't seem to have any "extra" on it all. In addition, it barely had any chicken on it...which was the main part of the sandwich. Also ordered a Mac 'n' Cheese w/bacon and there was no bacon on it all. Normally, it wouldn't be a big deal, but considering the amount you get charged for "extra", it made for a disappointing experience.
