Placed an online order thru the drive thru and was quoted a pickup of 7:32. Pulled up at the window, I was told the order is being bagged up. Then, I was told to pull forward, and the manager would bring out the order. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I went into the store after witnessing other customers coming and going. The manager had the nerve to say we're really busy. My time is just as valuable as everyone else you served, buddy. If you visit this location, give yourself at least a 20-minute buffer.

Used to be a big Panera fan. But the food quality is going down. Bread was old and crunchy, the soup was really watery, and my husband’s sandwich really wasn’t all that great either. It’s not worth the high prices anymore.

The service at this location leaves much to be desired. Last night I placed a mobile order through the app, picked up my food in the drive thru, confirmed at a glance that it looked correct, and went home. It wasn’t until I opened the container at home that I realized they’d completely left off three whole ingredients for the salad I ordered, one of them being the chicken (yknow, the ingredient that causes the salad to be a dollar more expensive than the version without). This is the second time this has happened to me in the past few weeks. I’ve had other orders be slightly incorrect, but it’s happening more frequently at this location. Their speed of service (I’ve waited 10 minutes at the drive thru window for a smoothie. One smoothie.) and attention to detail are atrocious, and they don’t even have a good way to give feedback to the location specifically- if you try to call, the phone just rings and rings until it eventually hangs up on you. Overall, I’ve been to much better Panera locations. This one sucks.

This is my go-to stop off 96. I make the drive from Holland to Detroit once a week and this place is a gem for fresh, healthy food. Easy to find from highway, too.

The staff are too lazy to move prepared foods from the back kitchen into the pickup area so as customers we have to wait until someone finally does the easiest part of their job.

The last few times I've been there it's been bad. Went through the drive thru and didn't get all my order and ended up taking the loss because I didn't realize until I was almost home. Another time the bread I got did not taste fresh. Also when I order the same thing at other paneras I get real turkey not sliced. I just think that's odd.

Love their Asiago cheese bagel breakfast sandwich.Unfortunately, their espresso machine was down, and the decaf coffee lukewarm, but the staff was quick to make a new pot of coffee.
