Costumer service is bad. I was trying to order pizza for my parents. Apparently these guys are not part of the big chain "papa johns" and the guy sounded like he was manager on the phone was very condescending and rude for when I ask about that. I am glad I never bought from these guys. The other few reviews on here about the costumer service lacking seems true when I had called.

This is one of my favorite, locally owned and operated pizza shops when I want a break from the chain brands. I've been ordering from these guys about once a month for quite a few years and the food is always great. Like another recent review pointed out...they are not affiliated with the chain under the same name which is a good thing because these guys are the ORIGINAL and much better.

Ordered cheese stix, recommended! And chicken wings; large order, as always they were spot on. Not really a dine in place, but the counter does a brisk carry out business with a friendly smile. I took it home and none was left for morning.
Dietary restrictions: Not the place for gluten fearing eaters.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not really the door is difficult to open for a disabled customer, although they are always willing to assist you.

By far the best pizza in Lansing! The only thing they have in common with the chain is the name, and that’s it. They make their own dough and own sauce, and you can really see and taste the difference. Toppings are very gracious and none of that canned crap that most places use .
