Ordered online and when I arrived the staff at Bravo told me they were out of them. No one called or contacted me to let me know in the 25 minutes after I placed the order. Inquired about the payment I already applied online and they told me just to check the website….which nowhere do I see anything about refunds/when they charge your card on there. Great customer service.

TERRIBLE! The fries we surprisingly crispy for a delivery. Crispy as in they WERE FORGOTTEN ABOUT IN THE DEEP FRIER! Our order was jacked, didn't listen to anything we said. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

We couldn't find them at location listed at Eastwood Towne Centre. When calling,# dispatched to 800 number and never reached a person to help us. Unfortunately we couldn't eat lunch there as intended.
