Been eating here forever and love it but for some reason tonight the cashier tells me the mega cheesesteak doesn’t come with what on their menu and what I get every time in the store. To keep
From arguing with him me and the wife just left. Not gone argue and spend my money but you lost a customer, and definitely will spread the word about the horrible customer service.

Love the cheesesteak and fries when they’re made fresh and with attention to detail. Service is hit or miss - really good or really bad - which is reflected in the food quality.

Visited recently and an employee’s child was in the dining area unattended while they worked. Volume on the child’s iPad was loud as they sang and danced around. Assuming the child was there due to unforeseen circumstances, it would’ve been appreciated if employee was more aware of impact on customers.

A sub we ordered as toasted was not and another sub was missing toppings - both requests were on receipt taped to the baskets. Subs looked like they were made by someone wearing a blindfold. Fries were old and absolutely covered in salt. All tables were dirty so we wiped one off for a place to eat.
Will be back in hopes of better food and service, but wish it was consistent considering cost is a bit higher than other fast food options.

Went in tonight with my family and the 2 employees working were absolutely wonderful! They were so friendly, and my cheesesteak was delicious!! Will definitely stop there if I go through again.

Firstly if I order a cheesesteak.... Why in the-hell did I get a pepperoni sub?? I hate pepperoni and I mean it was so much pepperoni and very little steak. Ive had several cheesesteaks and this was one of my least favorites unfortunately. The size of the sandwich was so small but the sandwich was heavy so leaving i thought the weight and taste would make up for size but I had my hopes too high.

These are the best cheese steak out of all the sub shops. Their bread is so soft and tasty. Their chocolate chunk cookies are amazing as well!

Usually very good. Seriously disappointed tonight. Ordered a salad with Xtra meat and tomatoes and and got a little bit of lettuce with the usual amount of topping. I paid $12 for a bowl of barely anything!!
